Serving in the Marine Corps, physical fitness is the corner stone of success for me. Training for me is both physical and mental as it has been there for me in the toughest times of my life. I started calisthenics during my first deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. Our patrol base was in a very rugged and austere environment. Myself and some of my fellow marines built a pullup and dip bar from some scrap wood. I quickly learned that you need minimal resources to be physically fit and so my journey began. I want to continue to spread the spirit of natural and functional training through tough calisthenics. REMEMBER, simple does not mean easy. I have trained countless Marines using calisthenics, being a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor Trainer and a Marine Corps Force Fitness Instructor has given me the opportunity to interact with many and see the results for themselves. Please follow me as we train together through tough and realistic routines. Let the grind begin.

is it ok if i skip some reps but just keep going with your pace? i think its better to just finish
This one is relly hard if you fallow Art tempo. Personally if im near 100 i start to fight with myself hard. I dont know but reps with meany pumps tires me a lot less then 1 pump. Workouts like this is most hard ones for me atm, even harder then 500 seals.

I know this video is a couple years old but I decided to do this workout. I don’t know how you do it so quick. This took me 32:33. Just gotta stay getting after it I guess💪
I am from a developing country and I have been unfit to serve despite wanting to really bad since I was a child due to factors beyond my control. I want to start my own law firm one day and I don't really have the time to run. Your simpler and no equipment workouts give me hope to become insanely fit one day! I want you to know that before every workout I watch your old warm up video doing j jacks, arm circles, chain breakers, swimmers, etc. I'm 68 years old now , work out frequently and I've never had any injuries b/c I do your warm up first. Thanks, brother! :)

Dear Iron Wolf! Can you help me find the ideal length of skipping rope for me? I am 183cm 6ft.
Do some bench press later on when you are all healed up itll do wonders for injury protection. Nothing wrong putting over 200lbs on the bar and pumping out some solid reps.
Im 44 yrs old and been through the ringer with my fair share of injuries. Heal up and keep on going.
