    The routine :
    4 rounds of 25 8count body builders, 25 4 count flutter kicks, 25 4 count jumping jacks
    3 rounds of 30 3 pump burpees, 30 leg raises, 30 4 count jumping jacks
    7 rounds : I0 2 pump burpees, 10 70lb kb swings

    I got a remedy for tricky joints from an old Aussie brick layer. I get a good, big pot of beef bones and boil them for 24 hours, no less its not the same. Drain it, strain it and you've got the best bone broth you can get. I freeze it in portions because it lasts about 3 days but the colagen and whatever else (I'm not a nerd on the topic) is amazing for joints, and wont cost you the fancy amount of supps. Hope it helps someone

      Awesome bro. I do 100 seal builders per day. Its a navy seal with the leg 8 count leg split at the end. Give it a whirl sometime youll love it.

      @truckinmonster2162 for sure. His simple yet effective workouts have gotten me in much better shape than when I was lifting and doing machine cardio. Much better!

    Definitely gonna start using this to workout to , I ran two miles prior to this video, as well as lifting weights. I got to end of section 8 , gonna call it a day. Mid way through definitely felt a difference my body started to feel lighter , at the beginning it was hard but got easier.

    1 pump 6 count burpees is the key to mind and body endurance. The person has to work it around the clock, like a journey in which the guy is just not allowed to look back.
