My picture is after 6 months messing about with weights and I was badly anorexic when I started. I guess I can stop worrying about wanting to take steroids after all. It's called 'decriminalization'. It is currently done all over Europe with weed and in some places shrooms as well.
For clarity. Anabolic steroids are class C drugs, which can only be issued by pharmacists with a prescription. It's legal to have anabolic steroids for personal use. They can also be imported or exported, as long as this is carried out in person. This means they can't be posted or delivered by a courier or freight service.
Actually you're allowed to import steroids from a none UK retailer using a courier/delivery service.
They are class C but there is nothing about issuing only with a prescription. If you have them for personal use legal regardless of a prescription or not. They are unique in this category.
You can get anything in the mail.

If there's 1 million steroid users in the UK means that 1 out of every seventy people in the country are on it. If you factor out all the children and senior citizens that's quite a startling amount really.
Sounds like statistical bogus. Source is a The Guardian article that is from 2018.
The article states:

Furthermore there's another mention about a number of users:

The link to the IPED report is broken and it states that Joe Kean *"was confident there were about 900,000 users."* Key word: was confident (assumed).
The 1 million is just a number used for a sensational title. I'm pretty sure the number lies much closer to 500,000. Which is still a lot. But clearly not a million.

Very important video Jesse, well done for covering this problem in the UK bro. I would say I've noticed how big older men appear (possibly TRT) and now young kids like 16+ are on some kind of gear. They have incredible physiques and they bro lift in groups all across the UK. I personally believe a lot of people are now on roid, sarms, peptides etc. The majority doesn't want to work hard for 5+ years naturally the gain the mass and muscle. We are now seeing total body composition transformations in the space of 6 months.

Something like this reveals that being on steroids does not mean you will look like you are on steroids. A lot of people are on them and you would have no idea. It is important to be happy with yourself and the only thing you should compare yourself to is your former self. Stay hard.

@@nattyfatty6.0ya… completely false. idk what world you live in but the rest of us who do gear and are not IFBB know where to get it. not only are there kits to test potency if you want to spend the money, you have your own results and also lab work to confirm what you need. i’m 260 lbs and very lean (6’1) and deadlift 700. why? because the gear is real and everyone else i know doing gear gets real stuff. a few weeks ago i had my doctor run a bunch of labs. my current total level of testosterone is over 6300 ng/dl and my free test is over 2200ng. why? oh ya, because it’s actually easy to get real gear when you’re not a pro… idk where you came to that conclusion from

I’ve been in the gym industry for two decades professionally. I can tell who is on something and who isn’t just by looking at them 9 times out of 10. One common trend I notice is that almost every power lifter I’ve spoken with, thats over the age of 50, sincerely regrets doing what they did to their body in their youth.

I personally am from the UK, and I know people as young as 13 who have taken steriods. They are extremely easy to obtain and get hold of, and there is a large proportion of under 18s who do take steroids

They're class C drugs. Legal to possess for personal use. But illegal to distribute or sell. I buy mine from DNM's (when I do a cycle)

Fun fact:
They aren't legal in the UK. Steroids are a Class C Controlled Drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Production and supply are an offence for which a maximum sentence of 14 years can be given along with an unlimited fine. Simple possession however is not an offence.

I’d love if you talk to rugby pros and ask them or even train with Rugby Pros. They are best athletes in world as they game demands most.
As a NHS doctor, there are many many other drugs of abuse which play a significant part of the pressure on the UK heath service including alcohol, cannabis and other illicit drugs. Definitely have seen many complications from poor administration technique, poor drug quality and even those ending up on intensive care from heart /liver failure. Naturally doctors will not encourage it and probably have a negative view on people who use it, the medical teams will only see the bad consequences of anabolic steroid usage. Great video tho Jesse
1 of the reasons for germanys recent cannabis legalisation was the health issues that could arise from certain chemicals & pesticides used during growing. Seems a similar issue here with not knowing how clean the steroids are

@@AcidRai As someone who does work occasionally on intensive care. The drugs which cause me the most issues usually involve alcohol plus something other illicit. Could be crack, heroin, cannabis, spice. Alcohol is number one I'd say.

It's a class C substance which is illegal to possess and can land you two years in prison or an unlimited fine. However with Anabolic Steroids and this only applies to steroids, you can possess them legally for personal use. But if you're caught with too much then it could go past them counting it as personal use and you could be charged as a potential supplier. UK law is weird sometimes haha
my impression from the number of people on juice that I have seen in gyms is that it is probably semi-legal in some sense

It’s illegal to sell it without being a pharmacy that’s everywhere . But there some like trembo it’s not legal anywhere because it’s not for humans currently . For its most you can be prescribed and legally buy at the pharmacy Deca, test, oxandrolone .

I go to a small gym in the UK and I would say that around 75% of people in there are on gear. It isn't a typical gym, but it is one of many similar gyms in my city. Steroid use is off the charts at the moment, and it does take some level integrity and willpower to not take them when in this type of environment.

There is currently an ongoing investigation into steroid use among serving Police officer and their correlation to violent conduct, no surprise that you couldn't find an officer to give you an opinion on camera. I've been training in hardcore gyms & commercial centers for over 40yrs, the current level of steroid and SARM abuse is concerning, particularly among young teens who seem to be hitting the gear far too early and without restraint/education.
I've been fortunate enough to train with Pros, British champs, and Mr Universe winners. Achieved International competitive level in powerlifting and tried a moderate level of steroids which certainly helped, but the dosages kids are taking today is nuts. The pros I trained with took far less, were very well educated in the usage, and always sought the best controlled verified supply sources.
Acquaintances I worked with in gyms and security also supplied many pros nationally & internationally, driving up and down motorways with bin bags full in the boot of the car. Some drifted into class A supply as well and deservedly ended up serving significant sentences when busted for supplying charlie

I did a small dose of dianabol (I think that’s how you say it), in my late 20’s. I was astonished how much strength I gained over 12 weeks, and I felt amazing. Would I do it again? Nope. I didn’t really know what I was putting in my body. Makes me feel a bit queasy.

I am glad for the honesty that has been in place about steroid use in the uk however with the law of the fact that the supplier will be punished for supplying steroids and not the consumer makes me terrified to go on steroids in the first place in the uk. Because you do not know what could be in that crap and if there is something wrong in the process of making it some scary consequences will face up to me if I would take it. But I am glad that even the dealers say not to take steroids.
