It's not in the video, but I think the survival technique she means is: 1.) Wear that shirt. 2.) Collect check from CZcams.
Use the wrapper. You can use sand then cloth to get it to shine / reflect. It should look like a reflective mirror when ready to use.

Just take a Bic lighter or a magnifying glass. It'll take up the same space as the chocolate and won't melt in the heat. Plus you'll have the chocolate to eat too
