    If you want to get real with yourself - join the wolf pack & start training. I am 5 years in now, the honeymoon is long over. I still train with the wolfpack years down the road, because it tore me a new asshole, a wolf one. I am so fit and strong its crazy. Took my lazy ass to Rep City and the rest is history. The fat and sadness left fast enough because this work doesn't have room for crap. I can literally out-perform my buddies on gear, they know and respect the style of training but are in it for different reasons.
    Thank you Art, Iron Wolf. Your legacy is hella real brother.

      Could you please share a little of what your routine/programming is like ?
      I've done quite a bit of Arts workouts and enjoy this style of exercise, but one thing I feel he fails to get across is how his workouts fit into a weekly routine.
      He must be doing other workouts during the week that involve other movements ? Especially his legs and pulling. I was doing a mix of the foundational routine and a circuit with some push/pull on alternate days but feel it wasn't a) hitting my legs and b) slightly imbalanced on the upper body muscle groups.
      What does a week look like for you ? And do you manage to fit in running to ?
      Currently I have regressed from gruelling Iron Wolf workouts to standard full body calisthenics, 3 sets of X.
      But. Would get back into it if I knew how to structure his routines better.
      I'd love to be an endurance/mental toughness hard ass. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't care a LITTLE bit about aesthetics. And I feel I wasn't looking well balanced when following his workouts.

    I tried doing the foundation routine tried doing 1 round really struggled. Was very sore afterwards. Gonna try just doing 100 2 pump burpees today. Love the content thanks wolf

    Took me 1,25 min in total. Man in the last two exercises I simply broke down and had a really hard time to do the 8th repetition (8 Layer Body Builders) in a row. They were a good smoker at the end! BUT I SIMPLY DONT WANTED TO QUIT! I feel like my chest is exploding. Especially because I workout yesterday additionally, but NO EXCUSES ! Can’t wait for your next Workout Wolf !

    I tend to alternate one pump unbrokens with 3- or 5- pumps as my main go-tos.

    Hey boss I been inconsistent due to all the sexy routines available and the infinite possibilities. But got squared away and did 12 count body builders 4 times a week. That’s it. Well I walked with my son every morning for about 3000 steps and range walking at that. 16 hr fast. And I got ripped. Had a belly. That’s gone well defined. Just 12 count body builders
    Took me 2 months of consistent work. I did skip a week after the 4th week to reset my nerves and I started to add reps like 25 more very 2 days Thanks for the motivation. ALLONS

    the angle showing me now that when u come from front lean rest position u coming up into a squat position(bottomed out)b4 coming back upright. Plus u lock out every pump and you squatting down all the way b4 going back into front lean rest position to start your pumps

    Iron, have you ever heard of Sapate? It's an Indian style burpee which basically combines the Hindu squat and push up. Indian wrestlers do these and they got exceptional stamina and physiques. Would be interesting if you tried this type of Burpee

    Try 2 month of Strenght Training in the Gym ,lifting . You Will get stronger .
    You can get superstrong whit strenght training . And do some running .
    You will feel so much better ,more energy ,more power . I say go for it whit the Weights .

    wolf has gotten visibly more massive in the past year. would you tell us your current bodyweight and if there's been a change in training philosophy/ goals?

      More weight added with a vest, I believe.

      I believe the reason is a shift in training philosophy. Wolf used to do much more endurance testing volume, such as 1000 2 pumps, 500 navy seals, shit like 700 1 pump burpees for a month straight. Now it's focused on short sprint bursts of extreme intensity but much lower volume, with the occasional longer routine.
      Endurance athletes are usually smaller because their bodies are optimised to be efficient for the long haul. As Wolf strays further away from this he gets bigger and more optimised for the short sprints instead of the marathon.
      Hopefully that makes sense, I'm not very good at explaining things

    How do u get to this level? Shall i do one set of burpees of as many as i can or do like 10 sets of 15-20 each??

      It i's a good start. He has beginner level stuff on the channel too. Search for it. If I can give advice, set your goal to 50 or 100 burpees. You can do 5 sets of 10 or 10 sets of five with some rest if u need. And from there you try to level up and challenge yourself. As you growing, go onto some harder stuff and you'll build strength
