  • Don’t get misled by all the fancy shit out there, there is one exercise that will stand the test of time.
The burpee will always be the king of all exercises. Throughout my years of training I always gravitate back to it.
Nothing is more time efficient, hassle free and effective in whipping you back into shape. The variations are endless and it’s always on you to push harder. High reps, good form is the mantra.

I'm 61 and I do burpees, pullups and Kettle bells everyday. Hands down, the burpees are the best body weight exercise.

I started the burpee journey. I am getting close to 60 years of age, so I started with one burpee and added one each day. Today was day 68.

Keep speaking the truth bro. I started off with an 100 burpees for 30 days challenge. Got through the 30 days and I felt so good I've been doing them every since. My stomach is gone and my energy levels are a lot higher.

I quit crossfit a while back and just started focusing on burpees and jump rope. such a good decision, keeping it basic with exercising is truly the way to go.

Nothing gets you going in the morning better than having a cup of coffee followed by 100 burpees for time. I'm old and slow, but that 11-12 minutes of intense physical exercise seems to do more for my fitness than running for an hour does. I'll be 50 this year and I plan to incorporate burpees into my fitness regimen until I die or just cannot physically do them anymore.

Finally. A veteran that tells it like it is. Military PT is the best way to get in great shape. Burpees with pull-ups is grueling. Glad I found this channel. I have been out of military for 30+ years and have missed these basic moves. Thank you
