    Hi Iron Wolf. I just want to say thank you. After watching your video, I did 100 reps burpees with 2 push ups for each rep. You made me realized that workouts are not only for the impossible tank-looking freaks. Workouts are for people with pure willpower and hardwork.
    The burpee cured my feeling of being useless and having no purpose in life. It made me felt more energetic and purposeful.

    Ever since you released the 90 day challenge I've been training to increase my burpees game because I was no where near that level. This week I did my first routine of 300 burpees totaling 1000 pushups, which is a 200% increase from the 500 pushup record I held in December. For anyone looking to do the same, I did it by breaking down these massive workouts into EMOMs (every minute on the minute). Example: 300 burpees I'd divide in 12 chunks, rounds, of 25, which are further divided into chucks, cycles, of 5 burpees.
    1 round then becomes 5 minutes of work, 1 minute rest, 6 minutes total.
    Every minute on the minute you perform 5 burpees, repeated 5 times, then rest one minute.
    You do this for 8 out of 12 rounds. For the last 4 rounds you increase the EMOM to 2 minutes. Every 2 minutes on the minute. This is how I cleared 150 navy seals, 25 1 pumps, 25 2 pumps, 25 3 pumps, 25 4 pumps, 25 5 pumps, 25 6 pumps, with 25 pushup finisher; to complete my first ever 1000 pushups burpee routine. Good luck

      Finisher: 25 pushups
      This is the exact workout I did.
      Each individual 6 minutes looks like
      1 minute 5x burpees
      1 minute 5x burpees
      1 minute 5x burpees
      1 minute 5x burpees
      1 minute 5x burpees
      1 minute rest
      12 minute rounds are the same but you double the minutes.

      @@quintguendehou A pullup ladder going up to 10 and back down again by 2's. Each grip, wide,close.... With regards to dips, what ever you do in pullups multiply by 2 and do your dips IMO.

      same here haha. doing burpees almost everyday in my backyard, i can hear my neighoburs thinking "that crazy mfker is doing that weird shit again" but i dont give a fuck, we must stay focussed =D

    injury free is hard. i've had tennis elbows both arms now, knee injury, can't do pull ups anymore, no long distance running, I do like 5 to 10 pullups when i do them, try to focus on tension over time, same thing with all movements I do, I work out with light weights now a days maybe 3 times a week. Do my burpees everyday though 2 times a day. I was in 2/10 echo battery, King of battle baby, turned infantry halfway in to fight al Qaeda, 2002 to 2006, was a beast back in the day, max bench 365, military press 225, squats cant even remember but was under my bench not as strong lol. 20 min avg 3 mile run, i hit like 18.5 min like 1 time, weighed 185, 20 pull ups (could always get more if I wanted), pushups til the cows come home, same with sit ups, won a dip competition on base back then over 300 dips with the semper fit chicks, haha. My boy made me do in the unit, I won it though. I will never be a beast like I was back then, but I always keep up on it, now I'm 45, for my age, I'm still a beast, most people my age are fat and out of shape. Not me though, never be me. Until I die I will always work out, its good for my mental health, physical health and I do yoga to for spiritual side of me, drink plenty of water everyday, eat good, mostly protein some oreo's at night but not more than 5 lol. Take my vitamins, AG1, lions mane, Alpha Brain for memory and focus. I love my time in service, we are a band of brothers. It's this way til we die. On the outside, its hard to find the same camaraderie that you had on active duty. It does exist though between fellow marines old and young in the communities. Got to find it, everyone else doesn't get it. Civilians don't get it, none of them do, only service people get it. It's crazy how I can tell your a marine without you even saying it when I meet people, we know who we are just by how you are. I've done this numerous occasions. Everybody needs this kind of structure. Whatever it is that you want to do, you need structure in your life, if not you will be a procrastinator, someone who doesn't get shit done. You want to be the guy that "gets shit done". It all starts with how you make your bed, how you keep your house, how you keep your appearance, your dedication and consistency in the gym, it all spills over into your life in everything you do.       @@razheer100 I'm a very busy man, accomplished a lot so far, i own 4 houses (rentals), work in radiology (ct/xray), just bought another house we are redoing to live in, still work out, still keep up on my nutrition, still have my little hobbies I do. Currently studying physics at this exact moment.

    Hey wolf hope your channel prospers and you get this 200k goal soon. Take care of that tear in the shoulder and its ok to not go ham all the time. we all need to let go of that gas pedal at some point so we can all recover and re evaluate to evolve

    Great message Art 🙏 try my Supercharged routine, it's a full body callisthenics workout done in 11 minutes, or longer if you have time.
    1x one-pump with a jump
    1x two-pump with Kick-out
    1x three-pump navy seal
    1x four deep squats
    It's a killer but makes you feel great 🎉

    One thing about injuries (in my experience) is they definitely slow you down where you calculate the movement of EVERY Rep you are definitely refining that blade(imo) . Solid burpees/calisthenics routine. You must be healing well. 🔥

    Just my opinion i was a soldier searge I find shadow boxing for an hour straight is amazing it'll help your shoulder its mental training focusing on technique jab uppercut hook off same hand will open your shoulders uo hope this helps art bro god bless you

      Swimming is an issue, get comfortable in the water, get good at land nav, rucking for time and be a team player. Peer evaluations are extremely important.

    Trying to trim that shit! 13-15 lbs of winter blubber to burn. Tendonitis in my shoulders arthritis in my knees and acute mental health condition. These workouts are part of my self care! Fuckin grinding on reaching for the 🏆 great routine! Could hang with this 1.
