      I’m here for years too, and I remember saw him in the recommendeds doing insane number of navy seal burpees and I was like okay this guy is something else.

    It’s unbelievable how Wolf with his injury can workout with a band. It’s very painful but looking at Wolf you can’t notice that . Bravo Wolf.Be strong and healthy God bless you🙏🙏

      @@chrisbfreelance pretty sure he hurt his shoulder doing heavy dips. I cant say anything more specific than that but ya his shoulder is recovering from that

    The ulnar nerve stretch with your palm against a wall, fingertips pointed down is a lifesaver. Flexing the lat and pulling the shoulder blade down gives a great stretch throughout the arm, shoulder and chest. You can also stretch the neck in this position. Fits well alongside band rear delt flys and face pulls.

    I separated my AC joint 3 years ago. I do similar exercises with a broomstick and Indian clubs. No pain now.😊

    I'll be giving back at my nearest convenience, no doubt. Two of my Iron Wolf shirts were actually stolen from my gym! I've been there for 6 years and you know how we grind. Blows me away but they are damn good shirts!! You only look good in them though if you do the work.

    I have been watching your videos to get my head back in the zone. I have a long recovery to go to get back to peak fitness. I have just got out of hospital where I was treated for pneumonia and sepsis. I have gone from really fit to not being able to catch a breath. 😪

    Thanks for the routine, it's solid. I've been swimming for a very long time, now introducing more of bar exercises in the open-air gyms, also burpees.
    For anyone doubting the value of low-intensity, good form, full range of motion stretching with or without bands I am here to tell you - do not.
    This routine and Bulletproof Your Shoulders are two fantastic routines for maintenance of your body. Take care of your joints on the regular and you will enjoy them for years to come. Ignore that maintenance and you may get an express ticket to Joint Pain City, best avoided.
    For anyone interested in good routines I will drop a link to a playlist I'm using, may it serve you well. Have a good one.

    Hey Wolf, I can't seem to stick to a clean diet, and I need some practical advice. In your opinion what would you recommend someone like me who struggles with discipline, when it comes to eating, to do in order to finally trim this annoying body fat. I work out every day no problem, but I know that I will never achieve a lean muscular physique if I don't kick this habit of overeating. Is it just a lack of mental toughness on my part or am I not approaching calorie deficits correctly? Thanks for the movements! I am grateful for your work.

    have you been left with clicking in the shoulder that the injury is in? i injured my shoulder doing one arm push-ups and for the first week i had pain, after stretching out i was left with no pain at all just a grinding feeling in my shoulder and that is the only problem i have as i’ve carried on to get stronger since the injury

    Whats the point in doing hundreds of Burpees? One can achieve target heart rate doing Burpees in just a few minutes. Thats what one should focus on. For strength, weight train.

      It's for endurance. And strength of course. Yeah you can get stronger with weights. But not the same endurance.
