    At 65 did 8 x 20 burpees with 4 pumps, the 25 pull ups, 20 dips..36 min...do variations of this three times a week, the other days high volume body weight exercises...been doing it for years, stepped up the burpee game once I started watching The Wolf...lets go!!

    I'm 19 years old and my training has been stagnant for about 2 years now, not progressing past beginner level whereas all my firends were making progress. Eventually i became desperate, lifted too heavy in the gym to try and force progress and ended with a spinal injury. I found your workouts some months back and i was actually able to follow them despite my injury, so for the first time in a while i'm making progress again, having gone from barely being able to do 10 burpees to doing almost 50 the other day.

    The 90 Day challenge he launched end of last year is a great example of what Wolf is talking about here. It's not just a black box randomizer (where he just scrambled all his work outs and threw them out there). He constructed a very specific approach to each day and week. Anyway, if it's still available for purchase, it's well worth the $20.

      Clinton mine was The Ultimate Routine. It’s one from way back. 12 burpees in minute 1 and then 5 pull-ups 10 pushups and 15 squats in minute 2. Repeat for 30 minutes. Things haven’t been the same ever since for me too👍.

    Glad you're coming back, maybe try acupuncture for the shoulder. Question for you, when you were doing the 700 burpees a day I know you lost weight, but if you were eating at a caloric surplus with plenty of protein do you think you'd have gained lean body mass?

    I'm 🤔 about it right now... 5k trail red 💊 trail run or kettlebell workout?? Here's my routine I'm in my 50s so I don't destroy my body coz I wanna continue to train. 2 kettlebell hitt or tobata workouts a week 1 iron 🐺 workout a week, 1 5k trail run and one 10 - 11 mile mountain bike ride a week during non winter months. Summer time I implement swimming in once or twice a week. Grind on 🐺 PAC!!!

    Do you think resistance bands are effective in building muscle?

      They can help with supplemental stuff; then again Gymnasts build massive amounts of muscle based on body control, but their cores are super strong to start moving the hands down from chest to waist for instance.

    What would you suggest for someone that struggles with ten burpees and can do any pull ups i have a squat rack what should i do mabe a ladder workout 1 burpees mabe five inverted rows till i get better at negatives would love something to help me build endurance and work for my first bull up thanks for you videos
