    I exclusively do these style of workouts now. If I want to supplement with some more arm/back work I throw in pull-ups, always have the dip stand nearby - dips are really the upper body squat. The burpee routine is so simple but so effective at keeping the heart rate up and activating the whole body. Salut 🎉gentleman

      Agreed man I found the Iron Wolf's channel and I've been doing this type of routine ever since like you said I got a dip/ chin station and a jungle gym xt setup makes for quick workout in the morning before work.

      @@richierich3053 I have a hard time getting motivated to do workouts on my own. I have a good pullup bar at home and a set of weighted jump ropes. I should be able to do all of this plus Iron Wolf. I need to be pushed it seems. I joined a boxing gy a few months ago....it's going really well. But I love it that Iron Wolf is motivating everyone. I'm almost 64 and I want to stay young and strong as long as possible!

      @@jameskeyes9112 That's awesome ya gotta do what you find work's best for yourself. That jumping rope is a killer never did the weighted ones but can imagine it'll get your thumping for sure. Hope I'm still getting the workouts in when I'm 63 much respect to you for that

    Really fell in love with this type of workout 15 to 30 min in the morning 3 to 4 times a week before the kiddos get up the other days its longer walks with the dogs. Thank you very much wolf for putting these routines out.

    Been doing these for a few years now almost every day. I'm 46. 400 or 2000 pumps. It's easy now. It's normal. I used to do the bro split. This is so much better. Thanks Iron Wolf.

      @@jjking7900 I started slowwwww. Just burpees without push ups. And I have a bodybuilding background. Right now, mornings are day 1) 300/400 burpees followed by squats/lange. Day 2) multiple pumps so burpees with 2 push ups and higher. Every day. In the afternoon 2 times a week pull ups. And additional running/boxing/jumprope 4 or 5 times a week.

    This is the first workout I have ever managed to start and finish with you without a pause.
    Only that for me this wasn’t a finisher, or starter… This was the whole workout.
    And to think that you had already trained before this…
    Now I’m gonna go and spit a 🫁 lung in the toilet.

    I started my journey to a better self maybe 8 months ago. Lost 60lbs, now i hover between 205 and 210. Down from a size 38 to a 34. Although i think motivational stuff is bullcrap, i respect the Wolf and everyone else showing their example and discipline. Complaining is for losers, people who get stuff done because it needs done, thats becoming rare.

    Lets gooo! Yea I gotta keep my workouts usually 45min or less. Sometimes I go over 1hr, but rarely. When I used to hit the weights it was at least 1 hour mandatory. Also recommend adding in content on the other stuff to keep yourself equal. Running/Pull/Squat dedicated work. Doesn't have to be 1hr of running, but could mention it in a video that you did it yesterday or the day before that, etc. Lastly, I know you can do the work in a small space, but jumping between the dip bars seems like possible injury if you get careless for a rep and don't look.

      It can, doesn’t necessarily have to. I prefer working pull-ups in pyramid routines.

    Been following you and honestly a fan. Would you validate shortcard marsoc as a primary workout 3 times a week coupled with running ? Progressing from shortcard in 15 minutes and my goal is to reach two rounds in 30 minutes. Would it be enough as conditionning ?

    Too push heavy. Pull one of your push moves and plug in a body row. Say squat, body row, lung, dip, 8 count or 6 count.
