Got Only 15 min to workout? DO THIS ROUTINE

  • I understand that everybody has hours to work out or sometimes you need a quick boost before work. This work out will spike your heart rate. You will be pouring sweat and burning fat max effort for 15-20 minutes and you’re gonna have a really bad time.
    10 2 pumps, 10 1 pumps, 10 jump squats,lunges (10 each leg), 20 4ct flutterkicks

    Yo Wolfpack! 39 years old here. Got open heart surgery and a pacemaker since one year. Yesterday i completed 8 rounds of 3 pull Ups, 10 Burpees and 15 Squats in 28 minutes. Even if you cant do much, do what you can and keep going 💪

      My dad did open heart and doctor told him to do nothing he said now you are half man he lifted few dumbbells he almost had another heart attack but I heard about other guys who had open heart after a year or tow they started doing little bit of exercise running bodybuilding and such
      I'm just curious can you tell me more details about yourself?

      @@yanismoreaux8165 what was your exact condition? cuz my dad almost died in front of me 3 main arterys were plugged and 4th one was was plugged 90% his surgery took like 8 or 9 hours
      after surgery how long did you rest till you started working out ? What kind of exercises do you do ? Now what's doctors recommends and how you feeling now?

    this is similar to your "short card" routine which is one of my go-to workouts when i dont have a lot of time. 2 rounds of that is a great little workout.

    I used this workout as a beginner and intro into your workouts because you’re a beast man lol. My strength is weak right now but I do this workout 3-4 days a week and so far I’m seeing progress. My goal is to get on your level. Thanks brother

    Yes great start to the day I actually did 30 I had 30 minutes so I did six rounds thought that I'd get in more but good stuff and then head a leg finisher that of my own that I did good stuff my burpees and and push-ups are getting better and more and I'm stronger than I ever was in the upper body ever since I started doing your workouts I'm addicted thanks man 💯🔥 wolf out 👊

    Yep brief workouts are the way to go!dli started focusing more on calisthenics moves ...well of course dips,chin ups ..Rings .but also on new skills that i ve been experimenting by using paralletes ...i really like conditioning workouts ,military ones the ones that u do

    There's something about getting down in the dirt that adds satisfaction to a workout. I remember we use to PT on gravel. After a few weeks the rocks didn't bother you anymore.

    2 and 1 pump burpees, lunges, jump squats and butterfly kicks... All my workouts incorporate those movements just maybe on different days. Air crunches are very efficient too.
    I'd be interested to hear your opinion on continuous straight sets of 1 exercise vs. repetitive intervals. Maybe a good lecture topic.

      Pull-ups, dips and kettlebells done 3 times a week, burpees done almost everyday ranging from just 1 pumps as a buy in/cash out to a workout to just high volume pump routines

      Then do it good thing about these workouts is take them and make them your own, just depends on your time sometimes I add KB Swings other time dumbbells just make them interesting and engaging.

    hi guys I used to do to burpees before cuz of this guy and burpees king long story short I'm doing it again doing 100 burpees in morning and another 100 in afternoon with great form and doing 100 in like 13 minutes .
    Problem is the day I'm doing burpees I'm felling like king feeling rush but the day after I'm feeling like shit I got no power shaking no motive no nothing
    This the reason I dropped burpees before can someone help me out is it just me or it's normal

      Hey! It might be too much, twice a day (one set in the morning, one set in the afternoon). Concentrate your workout, and reduce volume. As IW himself says, overtraining is a thing.

    1 set of this only takes like 3 minutes though. This is besacilly the first half of your "perfect workout" (which is awesome), except its counts of ten, not 25. 25 reps with this format would net out to just over 10 mikes or you rep this thing 3 times or so. Still like the other one better.
    I just fell asleep during my lunchbreak today, so I could not fit in the 20+ minutes.
