    The 15/5/15/5/15/5 is a fast paced 15 min blast. You pick 3 calisthenics exercises, I did squats, pushups and leg raises. You execute 15 reps and immediately do 5 2-pump burpees after.

    Did this today. Got 4 rounds in 15 min. Did it twice. Absolute suffering! Love it! Will increase it when I have time.

    This is an awesome template wolf. I can see it being used for targeted muscle groups, as theres so many varieties for legs, abs, upper body, or get a whole body routine like you've displayed here. Thanks for sharing!

    It's my 55th birthday today so I gifted myself with this routine. Still somewhat new to burpee workouts - got 3 rounds in for 13:47 and gassed out. A few hours later, my dopamine is still soaring. Look forward to getting stronger with this. Thanks for this!

    Can you make a video of how you eat everyday to accommodate for the amount of volume you do. I’ve never seen a person do so much volume so consistently and im curious as to how you maintain with your diet.

      Try wristcurls and wrist extensions with a small dumbbell. 3x15 reps every day for 12 weeks.

    Did around 4 rounds and did the same exercises as is in the description. Used a 15lbs 🦺 highly recommend.. Next time I will sub out the pushups with kettlebell swings!

      2 pumps mean 2 push-ups so you do 5 time 2 push-ups

      No, I would do it monday, wednesday & friday. 48 hours in between for your muscles to recover. Don’t forget to eat enough protein, 1g per pound of bodyweight or 2.2g per kg of bodyweight.

      @@alcuba7274I feel like not all jumping burpees are equal because some people just barely hop and others jump as high as they can.
      In my opinion Jumping burpees (when done with a high jump) are great add to your plyometrics routine. ( for building explosive power)
      They are however a very leg dominant exercise compared to a 'one pump burpee', which in my opinion is more balanced, between upper body and lower body muscular endurance.
      For me the 2 pumps and higher pumps burpees are always a triceps and chest dominant workout.

    Try my Supercharged routine! I created it for myself and really enjoy it, especially since I have a super busy schedule.
    1x one-pump with a jump
    1x two-pump with a kick out
    1x three-pump navy seal
    1x four deep squats
    11 minutes. Works up a great sweat and gets the heart rate up ⚡️ Salute 🫡
