    20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,2 of 70lb kettlebell swings and 8 count body builders (count out loud)
    ✳️after every set do 3 rounds of 10 pushups and 10 squats

    Your channel has reignited my passion for bodyweight workouts. Ive always loved running, pushups, burpees, pull ups etc. I was 170lbs at 6ft tall a few years ago. Real lean and defined. But fell victim to the "you need to put on mass" cult mindset that permeates todays fitness culture.
    Due to my bulking, i gained a lot of fat. And then lost motivation. Worst case scenario for a man passionate about health and fitness that was overweight for my entire childhood. Now im about 225-230. I am still relatively athletic, in BJJ and moderately strong. But the 30lbs of excess needs to go.
    There's just something enjoyable about repetitive workouts like burpees. Thanks for the great content.

      Same. I fell into the whole "pack on mass" stigma. Especially for what I'm training for. The "bigger is better" crowd is everywhere. I enjoy and prefer more calisthenics and aerobic activities. I feel so much better, fitter, and more athletic doing them. Now I try to lean toward these:
      - Calisthenics
      - Kettlebells
      - Burpees
      - Running
      - Rucking / Hiking
      - Sprints
      - Jump Rope

      I saw you doing bbj nowadays? I starting doing boxing, i love it. Burpees are good but just burpees for me is boring.

    Glad you're back, man and take it easy on that shoulder. Thats exactly why i dont go heavy on dips or even pull ups anymore at 35, im content with my 20 lbs vest or a 25 lbs plate. You should do a video in russian, with sub titles of course lol

    Dog @5:00 wanted to get in on that wolfpack action! Glad to see you back in it. Misnomer is unable to workout after an injury. I think the research now is showing to continue to workout after injury to keep the muscle from tightening up, just go lighter. Anywho, way to work through!

    i started your 90 day program last monday, did 70% of the rounds and reps. i lasted all the way to friday, no cheat meals and no sugar whilst also working 9 hours a day. it was too much, it took so much from me, going through the sugar detox and the fatigue from working out and also working my job that i ended up not performing enough at work and i had to take both saturday and sunday off to recover. today is monday again and i'm right back on track, but will only be doing 50% of the rounds and reps for the remainder of the 11 weeks left in the 90 day program.
    i am a bit sad i have to make this change but i only started this calesthinics journey about 12 months ago and i should be proud how far i got in that timeframe. i will continue to grow, to stay off sugar and keep eating clean, and will try to complete you next "90 day wolf season routine" doing the actual 70% round and rep range! at some point i hope i can do the entire routine 100%.
    thanks for what you do, iron wolf. you inspired me to take action!

    We get old Wolf, we have to be careful with our shoulders...so I usually train with push up bars because I feel less pain in my shoulders and wrists.
