    25 6 count burpees
    25 8 count burpees
    25 14 count burpees
    25 18 count burpees
    25 22 count burpees
    10 26 count burpees
    Say the count, loud, open your mouth and execute. There is no better work out than doing the counts.

      This will help you to never gas out in a competition unlike anything else.

      You’ll see results within the first week of training in this style if your consistent. Three months your cardio will be pretty ridiculous.

      FYI, I stopped training for about one year (purple belt) and when I joined up with a new academy my cardio and endurance were off the chart. I was doing 10 minute rounds with 30 second rest. I was doing only Ironwolf workouts and resistance bands.

      I noticed that I was like lightening getting back to my feet and it felt like I'd used no energy. I was a judo player that transitioned over to BJJ so I used explosive escapes and getting back to standup quite a bit as a survival strategy. Prob didn't help with my Jiu Jitsu though if I'm honest.

    I’ve following wolf for 2 years now I’ll work in an Iron Wolf workout at least once a week NOTHING has improved my cardio like the high rep burpee routines absolutely brutal and tests my limits! Salute to you Wolf!

      nothing better for the cardio for sure! I used to have like stuff stuck in the back of my throat, like since I was a kid, and I started working out in my early 20s....and, never went away..... then in 2020, since I started doing burpees À la iron Wolf, I no longer have issue breathing, no more stuff stuck in the back of my throat. I breath way better just in general since. Don't know what happened, but I know at first, during my burpee marathons I was spitting stuff..I know its gross...but, it kinda removed all bad bacteria I had I guess...it's like magic! lol I'm almost 40 now, and I can endure high heart rate workouts (between 184-190) and I'm not even out of beath, feels amzing! TEAM IRON WOLF all the way! SALUTE!

    wow :) I found your channel in june 2020, you are still doing these burpees :) You helped me to survive at being in good shape during covid lockdown when all gyms etc. were closed :)

    Done. Once I was through with the 22 counts, I was saying to myself ‘it’s only 10 of those bloody 26 counts!’ Took me 47 mins.

    Man art your mindset is brilliant,💪 I'm training similar at the moment in full winter training mode it's getting cold but have to get that daily session in 1 way or another, hope you get inspiration from what your uploads give the wolfpack, respect to the boss great grind again

    The two pumps are my favorite as well, by far. It's that sweet spot between cardio and a good muscle pump. I can do those longer than 1 or 3 pumps.

    Genuine question- I was always told that you need to land back on your heels at the end of the burpee (not leading with your toes). Is that not right?

    Dang I was hoping for 20 22 count burpees. This routine will break a 50year old. Hung with the 🐺 on the 1st 2 clips of 25 then a few reps shy on each remaining clip. Don't talk shit if you say your going to do it do it!
