    High rep burpees have made my tendons indestructible. I feel very injury resistant. No bulging, attention-drawing, look-at-me muscles. But the muscle I have is dense like a rock and performant. The perks of Iron Wolf training!

      If you do enough high rep burpees you WILL gain some mass. Im 5'7, 211 and in nice fitted shirt, my shoulders, triceps and chest can't help but catch glances. Once you start hitting consistent 5 pumps and up. It's a party.

    I love these routines!! Doing 500 every now and then is a MUST when time permits. We're all kids at heart so we shouldn't abuse our bodies. Salute, always great advice

    Salute to the WolfPack! I don't remember when I joined, but the April Challenge was the catalyst for me. It has been years. Not enough guys down here in Australia doing burpees near me. The results stare them in the face every day, they watch but they don't catch on. The reality I have seen is most people will not take themselves to that level of challenge. First time I did 10 burpees I went home and it felt like a few guys took to me with bats. It hurt but I challenged that pain and went back and did it again. Embrace the suck, here we are today. Lets get it.

    Giving this a go today. I’ve started adding 1 or 2 wide pull-ups every 3 to 5 burpees to add a little extra to the burpees.

    I have a routine based on my first Iron wolf workout I did when I found him back in the beginning of covid which was cardiovascular punishment.10 2 pump bodybuilders,into 10 4 count of mountain climbers into 10 3 pump navy seals into 10 jackknifes finish off with 10 4 count of jumping jacks 10 rounds 500 pushups total.That is my go to workout.

    Done 💥 in between each set I would do ab varieties, and if I modified it was hand-release burpees throughout along with regular burpees but did not have to drop to my knees whoo hoo! 💪🔥

    I wish I was 39 again. I was in the best shape of my life between the ages at 36 until 41. It's been a struggle ever since. We delude ourselves; thinking were going to be able to do the things we did in our prime forever. Father Time can't be beaten. A chosen few can resist well into old age, but the winner of the battle is pre determined.

      I’m 29 people keep telling me I’m old but I feel like I’m in way better shape than I was when I was 18 or 21. When I was young I had a PE teacher that was in his late 40’s that was competing with young fit guys

    Started factoring these into my training. Slowly getting better. I like to factor in jumping jacks inbetween to try and get more cardio involved. 🫡🙏🏾😤✊🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️🚴🏾‍♂️

      I just started with these back in my routine also I like doing two pump burpees with two jumping jacks sets of ten with little rest for at least ten to twenty sets good workout

    Hey Art.
    Love the routines of yours I have followed before.
    The only thing I dont understand is how to program them into a week ?
    Coming from a Full Body Calisthenics 3x a week.
    How do i incorporate these sort of routines throughout the week so I am hitting everything evenly ? Both in terms of mucsle groups and endurance/muscle building/cardio balance ?
    How many days would you do straight burpee routines say ? Hiw many if those days are high pump v low pump.
    And the other days when you do Dips/Pullups ? Are you also doing a burpee routine seperstely that day aswell ? Or before after ?
    Finally, when do you manage to fit legs in ? Seems lacking amongst fhe burpees and the pullup/dip routines. But you obviously have well built legs.
    Sorry for all the questions but any help would be greatly appreciated.
    I geberally found i enjoyed these style of workouts more, but switched recently due to feeling I was becoming a bit imbalanced. I dont aspire to be HUGE like a body builder. But, i also didnt want to be all chest and no legs.

    Will this help me put muscle on or is it just another one of your cardio exercises? I want a good hypertrophy workout that helps me build muscle. I ain't looking to lose muscle mass.

    Just started another routine, 100 burpee’s/350 push ups. 2 push for 25, then 3,4 and lastly 5 pushes for the last 25. Been taking me around 40 minutes to do. Not happy with that time.

      @@IronWolf84 I am not trying to fault you at all. I am amazed at your ability to do that many reps of the same exercise, day in, and day out. What I am curious about, though, is if you struggled with boredom at any point? Was it a hurdle to overcome? If so, how long did it take? Do you have any tactics or strategies?

      @@matthewdietzen6708 You’re talking too much. Wolf gave you the right answer. One of the greatest benefits of this training is it creates incredible mental strength. Don’t think about fun. Do the reps, and you’ll have that resolve and become strong in more ways than 1.

    Antes creía que tienes que tener grandes máquinas y grandes equitaciones todo está en la mente , un par de mancuernas , un KB , ligas pelota y burpees a entrenar así mantengo a mis chicos en forma cuando llegaba.     Doing 500 navy seals with Andrew Tate would brake the internet.. i dont know whats your opinion on him, but if you put aside all this money and expensive cars shit, you are quite simillar in discipline and training ethics. 😀
