Thank goodness for backwards compatibility. It was easy to expect, but I was also scared. Nintendo does weird things like that. Bigger joycons is also very good! I was able to make them work for me, but hopefully it'll make handheld more comfortable.

Backwards compatibility with Pro Controller is actually very disappointing. That means no games designed around a new controller with analog pressure-sensitive triggers or buttons.

A third shoulder button would be interesting. Maybe future controllers by Sony and Microsoft will join that "trend". Devs could have more freedom of assigning controls to buttons than now.

I’d assume if the controllers each have an extra button on the back, the new button on the front will be for mapping any button to those. Like maybe hold the new function button and then press A and a rear button at the same time to make that back button function as A, for instance.
