- The Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was quite the success, and once again, we’re looking at All Changes and differences made for the returning courses in Wave 6 of the DLC. The second race of the Acorn Cup is GCN DK Mountain. It’s a trek around an active volcano within a tropical rainforest, containing a winding, descending path with tumbling rocks, risky shortcuts at the bends, and a huge Barrel Cannon for a flight over the canopy. So how does the most recent update differ from past instalments? Let’s find out!

The people who are watching, and seeing a Nintendo direct video about Just Dance, has to stop copyrighting. Just Dance is rhythm game developed by Ubisoft so that everyone can dance to their favorite songs, and Gamexplain has to stop pressing the mute button on CZcams to copyright Just Dance. If there’s a new Nintendo direct in the summer that shows the next Just Dance game, do not press the mute button on CZcams to copyright Just Dance.

Nope, we didn't forget about it! I primarily manage this series, and various other factors put the series on hold. We're also not as rushed since it's no longer current news. However, Nintendo of America have been showing off highlights of Wave 6 recently, much like they did when another wave was soon to come!

DK Mountain was 1 of my favourite Tracks in Mario Kart Wii, yes I've never had the Nintendo Gamecube and Mario Kart Double Dash, i'm a little jealious my bigbrother have. Is it worth it to buy the Nintendo Gamecube, because i'm interested of games like Kirby Air Ride, Star Fox Adventure, Pokémon Colosseum, Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness and defienitily Mario Kart Double Dash or should I wait for Nintendo Gamecube Remakes like Paper MarionThe Thousand Year Door, because of that Reason I really hope to see Remakes of those games what I'd listed and I hope Sonic Heroes Remake leaks are real. It's so nice DK Mountain is in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it's surprisilly good, but because of Nostalgia I like the Wii version more. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Booster Course Pass DLC is done, can't wait i'm so excited for in Mar10 Day's Lego Nintendo Direct teased upcoming new Mario Kart game coming in the Next Year 2025 and the Upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 too here we go wahoo! 😆❤️🔥

Same thing happened with GCN Yoshi Circuit & GBA Cheese Land in the original MK8's DLC.
5:10 it's worth mentioning that DK Mountain is the only GCN Track in Tour/8 Deluxe to not use the classic Mario Kart logo on the banner

Really happy this track came back. I knew one of the 2 jungle tracks were going to make it in. I honestly thought it was going to be dk jungle,so glad I was wrong.

Funnily enough, the sound effects of the jungle ambience used in the Wii version of this course is the same one used in 3DS Donkey Kong Jungle. This new version uses a different set of sounds. Not sure if you mentioned this, but the Wavy Bridge in 8 Deluxe actually keeps the ability to perform tricks, albeit it's a lot easier when close to the side of thd bridge. Also, that flute sounds straight from Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, namely the 3rd World, Bright Savannah.
Oh, nice detail about 3DS Donkey Kong Jungle. It sounds like it was reused for 7 as part of their sound library. For the most part, if a detail was added in a previous Mario Kart title, we don't mention its return in a list of changes/differences, so yeah, it's definitely back. As for the Fulani flute, yep, it's directly mentioned in the video in full, even referencing Bright Savannah.
