I hate it when the police say, "I don't want to tow your car". Only by towing and impounding will these guys ever learn. Automatically impound every one of these cars whenever a cop sees one.

Blocking a VIN number is a FEDERAL offense, and we're going to continue to have to deal with these domestic terrorists until the judicial system starts taking it seriously. Every reasonable charge that can be brought should be prosecuted and the maximum sentences imposed. Further, the federal government should standardize definitions and offenses across the 50 states so that enforcement is more or less equal across the board. This would include such things as automatic seizure of vehicles that are not insured and/or registered. This time and taxpayer funding waste must be stopped.

The more I think about it, the more I realize these guys do not need Black's Law Dictionary before they employ an English Dictionary. For those that know, I just demonstrated the thing that fucks these idiots up with Black's Law Dictionary. It defines a driver as "one employed in conducting a coach... other vehicle... motor car ... except a street railroad car." Basic English fucks up these idiots because employ does not just mean a profession, it means "operating" and "using" among others. Black's Law Dictionary has as much authority as the aforementioned elementsry school dictionary, which is none. Know what legal definitions actually matter? The ones defined within the codes and statutes. Codes and statutes are written LAWs. Got a problem with the codes, statutes and definitions within them? Go talk to your legislators and get them to change them. Or take an actual fucking basics of law class and finally figure out why your dumbasses keep getting arrested and convicted.

The Supreme Court has already ruled that those specific kind of Immigration Stops, like this one in the video, are NOT a violation of any of our Constitutional rights. This guy can scream all he likes about the different amendments he thinks are being violated, but as far as case law and constitutional law, he would be incorrect. Anyone can do a google search for all the relevant case law and court cases before the Federal courts and the Supreme Court, Immigration stops within US territory and far away from the actual border remains legal. Yes, it sucks, and I don't agree with the rulings, but it is legal.

When you get your driver's license that is technically consent to contract in this situation. 🤯
