I got pulled over by a state trooper in Fairfax, VA once for window tint. I complied with all his requests. When he mentioned the smell of cannabis I told him it was in the ashtray. He said get rid of it. I took his cue and got rid of it. He cited me for the window tint and we went our merry ways. These sovereign citizen jokers are hilarious.
Im 29 now, but when i was even younger and started driving. I was a huge pot head. Growing up in detroit theres always been animosity towards police. But i dont hate them. And when they did pull me over i always complied. Not guna lie sometimes it went rough.. but i complied still and went home. 1 time i got stopped bcuz my window was cracked. Had a blunt rolled, was going to smoke it when i got home lol. Cop seen the blunt. Told me throw it on the ground stomp it smash it... lol i did not want to do that i was broke that was all i had. But i did it. Jokingly told the cop "man doing that nearly killed me, thats drug abuse" he laughed.. didnt even give me a citation just said please get the window fixed... i got it fixed that weekend lol

I've seen cops give people good breaks. One time was out riding around with someone, he got pulled over , and he had NO DL. Cop told him just go him. So of course after that he kept riding around in our small 13k people town. He gets stopped a 2nd time. Cop writes him a ticket and says to go home. I tell him he can drop me off , nah he ignores it. Gets stopped a 3rd time. Cop pulls him out of the car. Arrests him for driving w/o license and a DWI. The cop let me go. I walked home.

2 his egg was a long time before means of transport except donkeys, I'm atheist, but I know in theory if religion is real that would be true.
& I have a few medical reasons why I can't drive, including I could black out & cause an absolute disaster for others including them not going home, if you know what I mean. I also have to take strong meds that if I were in a crash & no one saw it or it wasn't record or easily seen it wasn't my fault is be locked up for driving with opia**a in my system even though I'm fine with them.
It's also great evidence for the prosecutor and almost a death sentence in terms of your case having legs.

No court I know of, including SCOTUS has ever said you can refuse to present the required documents, try getting into the US at the Airport with out your passport?
They always threaten a lawsuit until they find out Lawyers don't work for free. Everyone thinks all Lawyers will work for a percentage. And asking for a supervisor is a courtesy it's not a law.
Depending on the kawsuit, some lawyers will work for a fer. In Social security Disability, I believe it is 7% of back pay. Others are some accident attorney. Most others you have to pay directly.
