I'm not tasing you. The high voltage is merely traveling all over your central nervous system.
😂😂😂😂😂
Yes, traveling. It is not driving all over his central nervous system.
Electricity is traveling, not electrocuting!
Yeah but is that taser operating in commerce😂
Haha!
I'm not breaking your window, I'm adjusting your ventilation.
I'm not breaking your window I'm just customizing it 😂
It bothers me when cops waste his much time and manpower on these idiots.
40 years ago it wasn't like that in Washington I guarantee you that this is basically their training to do this as required by the voters of the state. And the de-escalation training really was successful. The Sheriff is an elected official they probably wanted more passive policing there.
Well, we can't just split their melon any longer. We have to do things "accordingly"
It bothers me when people don’t proofread their comments. Somewhere a “t” is feeling neglected and unwanted.
Beyond the ticket and jail they should be charged for the time and associated costs of the popo.
The patience of these officers is frustrating to watch. But all their warnings and engagement protects them any claims or charges down the road... and makes their arrest ironclad... which is what we want to see when it comes to these SovCit fools!
I loved the clip I saw where the sovcit demanded the supervisor and the officer just flat out said NO, you’ll meet him at the station.
That should always be the answer. Unnecessarily yielding to them gives them authority and emboldens them.
Every time they hear, “I’m not driving, I’m traveling.” They think….”Oh, god, another one of them.”
Compelling something forward under guidance. That's driving.
There is no “T” on the gear shift, only D for drive.
@@jen5714 Mine says 1-2-3-4-R, so I'm not "driving"? No, "Operator or driver" means every person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle. RCW 46.04.370. It is based upon the uniform vehicle code.
And that is when they should just arrest them
But that sounds so dumb: I’m not driving I’m traveling. How do you travel? Uhh o drive my own vehicle which is not mine but the Car Dealerships til it’s paid and I argued with them too about the loan and credit and all that but they said here’s how it works do you want it on our terms or not and since I needed to travel by driving I succumbed to their RULES. ITS ALL SO OBTUSE!
I don't need a pilots license. I'm not flying, I'm travelling........😂😂😂
I'm not flying, I'm levitating 😂
I can understand police spending the time to wait for backup, but I’ll never know why engage in an extensive dialogue with people who are acting in bad faith or simply delusional.
Not all do. I think the ones that do have never or almost never run into a sovcit. There are a few videos where the cop just stops talking to them, just waiting for backup or a tow truck. It unnerves the sovcit when the cop stops paying attention to them.
There have been cases where the Sovcit lawyers have successfully won based on an argument of them not explaining clearly enough. Officers take so much time to explain over and over so misunderstanding could not possibly be an excuse
You can't argue with a TODDLER acting like a snot.😊
@@1MBStudiosIt is possible, especially with how weak courts have gotten lately.
But the reality is, cops don't really have to explain anything. It is always incumbent upon a citizen to know the laws (properly)
Reasonable Articulable Suspicion is NOT, has never, and hopefully never will be something you have to convince the citizen of.
It is sometjing the officer must be able to justify to a court. The mere fact a citizen does not (or claims to not) understand are pretty much immaterial to the law.
If people woukd just stop trying to adjudicate the law on the side of the road, more people may actually recover damages....but usually not in the millions as the YT scammers try to tell you.
This one just wanted a bit of attention and someone to talk to for a bit.
The wrong thing to say to a Garrison police officer in the UK is "I'm not a citizen" One guy found that out the hard way, got arrested as an illegal immigrant and locked up on a Friday night. To make matters worse it was a bank holiday weekend so he was locked up until Tuesday morning.
❤❤❤
People in the UK are not citizens anyway but subjects so he was correct.
@@adoculos4521 Before 1949, British citizens were called British subjects and in the modern day are referred to as British citizens. So you are the one that is not correct.
@@lee9596 Wrong. I have a degree in Modern European history and am British. The UK is a CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY.
Btw, many people without any higher education know that and it is written in law.
Educate yourself.
We got a education flex! 💪🏻
I love the cop who kept waiving whenever he turned the camera at him. 😂
He was very sociable.
For real, I laughed when he kept waving
Hi Maw!😊
That cop is cool
What our illustrious SovCit says: “I want your badge number!”
What he’s actually thinking : “It’s a petty threat that really won’t amount to anything! I’m just hoping you’ll bitch up and let me go!”
The Police showed a lot of patience. I would have arrested him for driving whilst impaired as he had clearly left his brain at home in a cupboard.
I was thinking more towards the bathroom😂
I'm amazed by how patient and kind they were to this idiot.
I hate to say this but...I moved to Washington state in 2018 for work. When we came here, we always thought of "hillbillies" as being from the south. We have been absolutely astounded by the number of complete "hillbilly" trash that lives here. Unfortunately, guys like this one are way too common here. And yes, we are going to live by the "if you don't like it, leave" motto. We are in the process of getting the hell out of this dump. No one is going to miss me, and I'm not going to miss anyone here.
Funny how you assume this fool has a brain.
@@explorenaked Good decision. I left in about 1979 and only rarely go back to visit relatives and laugh at the -lunatics- politicians.
Sovcits seem to not understand that traveling freely between states doesn't mean what they think. It doesn't mean you can operate a motor vehicle without a license, it means you cross state lines at anytime.
Nope they can travel in a nuclear powered jet 2 feet above the ground in their "household goods"
Being an old guy, I remember when they just used it as a way to try to get out of a ticket. Now it's morfed into a cult.
There’s big money and the Republican Party behind this trend to sow chaos and civil disobedience. Anti government sentiments on steroids.
It’s a pitiful life they are choosing to live.🤷🏼♀️
Do they not watch each other’s BS and see it doesn’t work???
They've had so many useless cases dismissed that they think they're winning. Bloody useless prosecutors.
The gurus spin it with lies like "The officers were fired and we took their pensions" or "We took them to court and won mega bucks" when nothing of the sort happens but it helps sell this nonsense to gullible people.
Dissent and counter-facts are not allowed in the bubble.
No, because it’s a cult.
Nah of course not, as it goes against their narrative just like evidence.
They believe because they WANT to believe - doesn't matter whether it's a sov cit, a flat earther, an anti vaxxer or some idiot Trump supporter.
Thank God these people never learn. Free entertainment forever.
I couldn't have said that better ! 💯👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇲
Laughter is the best medicine! Love those people 😂😂😂
I suppose it's a departmental requirement, but they wasted a lot of time arguing with that guy.
Police should just stop engaging with this nonsense. “You took an oath, what did it say”
The best response is “I’m controlling what is going on here and I ask the questions. Not you. Now step out”
Or ... "I stopped you, you didn't stop me so I'll be asking the questions and you will be answering them."
Or…”The oath I took doesn’t require me to recite it upon your command”
They think they are enlightened and are smarter somehow believe they know something nobody else does like being hit with a stupid stick
Frank of Fridays With Frank does it best. "No, this is my traffic stop and I am in control, not you. I tell you how it goes, not the other way around." And when somebody says they want to talk to a supervisor, he simply says, "No."
I'm a huge Friday's With Frank fan. @@Fred2-123
Yes...he has the right to remain stupid.
🤣🤣🤣
Good one😂
Which he happily exercises.
I don’t get it why sovereign citizens put this in the Internet like people are going to agree with them. All they are is going to make laugh at them
They think they are showing the world how they stand in their principles, to gain public support and to educate people.
The algorithm drives it.
People do agree with them. That a major part of the problem.
It's meant for their echo chambers to blindly watch and cheer for the person "defending" their rights.
@@frankw7091 Yeah, educating people on how to escalate easily addressable issues into an arrest
Who are we to deny a fool his right to call Safelite? 🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
These idiots need them on speedial
Officer: OK you are free to shift into travel gear and take off. Sovcit: I only have the drive gear. Officer: Exactly, here’s your ticket
It's hilarious that they think police have no power over them but they continue to stay there
I've never understood that part! They are so convinced that they've done nothing wrong and the police "have no jurisdiction", yet they pull over to begin with AND sit there and engage the officers they claim have no power over them!😂😂
My toddler has more common sense. By their logic he's also free to travel as long as he's not on the clock 😅
Spike strips under the tires is strong motivation to remain there. Well maybe not. If they're willing to risk broken windows maybe they don't care about the tires either.
and continue to make the same arguments that NEVER work. The blind leading the blind in that world.
Yeah, I'd like to hear another FREEEEEMAN ON THE LAAAAAND.😂
According to sovereign citizens, I can hand my keys over to my toddler and as long as he's not on the clock, he should be free to travel on down the road
Only if he's really drunk
There is no law that will _prevent_ it. The laws are there to punish violators who are caught and convicted, including those enabling it.
And you can fly a Cessna without a license too, right?
Being blind would also not prohibit an individual from operating a motor vehicle, according to their "traveling argument. They truly have some of the most absurd "logic."
When they ask if the friend who was arriving to pick up the car might be violent and this guy says “ *long pause* …..I don’t know.” That’s a terrible thing to do to a friend. What an absolute turd this guy is.
This sovereign is dumber than a rock! But he can count up to six which is a start.
SovCits just wouldn't be fun if they didn't choose the hard way 😂 Van The Man 💪🏻
So true 😁 Vlad 💪
Are you Vlad The Impaler or do you impale Vlads? Just curious.

Hello van. What do you look like? I love your accent. I coul listen to u talk 24 hrs a day.
As punishment, these guys should be forced to take a basic law class. Boy, would they hate that!
They’d argue and tell the law professor they don’t know what they are doing
They're allergic to education.
NOOOO... with knowledge like that to cherry pick from, it would make everything 20 times worse!!!!! Besides, rhey wouldn't make it past the part where they have to put their name on the first page... they prob couldn't remember how to spell it.
Blacks Law 101
A lot of people have this idea of WA state as home of Microsoft and Amazon very techy and highly educated.
But large parts of the state are as rural as any place in the south, these are country folk, not highly paid software executives.
Unfortunately these folks have been handed some dangerous weapons and I don’t mean AR-15s, I mean FaceBook and Fox News.
This. I actually have a vessel there. Sailboat. And even with all the hillbillies, most are good hard working people.
Funny how many big cities I run into here in the South with people who are highly intelligent and not at all "hillbilly". Odd, how even in California and Oregon there are areas with those very same subgroups. I am from Texas and I have an RN degree, as well as degrees in Networking and IT Cybersecurity. We aren't all clueless idiots running around without shoes, in trailers, with pickup trucks. Get off of CNN and see the real world some time. Dallas and Houston from my home state are Metropolitan, then there are also places like Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans, etc. You coastal people really do think you are the only intelligent life that counts, don't you? In reality, most of us get our news from a variety of sources, not just one echo chamber. World news sources are important. Then again, when I think of Washington state, I think of rain and heroin addicts, not Microsoft.
Police officer: You have two choices. A. Show your drivers license or B. Refuse to ID and get tased and then go to jail.
Sovtard: Hmmmm....I'll choose the taser and jail! 😂😂😂

Don't forget to tip your waitress.
Judges need to be ordering psych evaluations on these clowns
They are, usually, competent. Being credulous and naive is not mental incompetence. 🤷♂
@@Vykk_DraygoDelusional doesn't mean unable to tell right from wrong.
OK, so they determine the sovcit is a nutcase
then they let him go.
It has happened.
That would be 3/4 of ALL the officers out there :)
I've made sovcit BINGO cards that really make watching your videos more fun. The cards have phrases like "Traveling", "Name and badge number", "Thompson v Smith", etc. Good times! 😂
Definitely need to add “Call your supervisor”, “What is your oath”, and “constitution” 😁
Also, the grammatically fun statements: "I ain't done nothin' " or the frauditor having lots of "edjukashun" 🤣
@@karenneill9109 I have like 50+ phrases sovcits use. I've placed these at random on a bingo card, hit print, and watch a Van Balion video.
Plus deesculatshin
“What crime have I committed?” “You’re violating my rights”
This officer would get the “patient officer” square on a bingo card no issue.
Hilarious that the second cop just waves at him and smiles when he sees he's recording. This guy is a sock puppet!
You know its good when their is a LEO with gloves on already waving back at him lol. That is great sign lol
It's not that they believe everything on the internet, it's that they believe anything they hear, or read that supports their delusions. It's not about doing what's right. It's about being right. Sheer arrogance.
It is on you guys. If that was EVER true and succeeded in court, the officers would be hesitant to break the window and arrest you. THE OFFICERS ARE WITHIN THE LAW!
Less chitter chatter more Taser!
Yup, funnier when Mr Sparky makes an appearance. I love to hear the SovClowns squeal.😆
Another graduate of YT University. Whoever came up with the sovcit scam must be making a fortune by selling their scripts.
Hi Marc! Can’t get away from you these days! 🥖👋🏻🙂
they're getting rich and these idiots are going to jail
There literally are people making fortunes off it - there are websites that sell scripts, flags, fake plates (that generally gets the person pulled over faster) and even 'legal advice' or more accurately a guru who will contact you when you run afoul of the law and ensure that you get arrested and get charged with more crimes than you would have anyway.
I'm convinced the movement is secretly funded by the auto glass repair industry
“ Marc Stevens “ is one of them and yes, he sells his books on Amazon
Him saying I'm explaining the law to them was hilarious . I don't answer questions but I want you to answer mine😂😂😂.
And these are the people that voted for tinytrump! All of them!
Even the ones in other countries. You sound double vaxxed and penta boosted. Groomer…
“I’m not driving; I’m travelling. Name and Badge Number? You’re being recorded!”
[beat]
“You’re still here. That shouldn’t happen. Why isn’t the script working? Do you know how much I paid for all this 💩?”
“What? I was told those magical words would work!”
Even better, “I’m dr….traveling” lol
@@CornbreadOracle I caught that 😂😂😂.
There's how much he paid for it, and there's how much he *will* pay for it.
I'm gonna guess ... 50 years of license & registration fees. I'm not mentioning insurance because something tells me Ma Cokner is considered high risk.
Whether you're a sovcit or a normal human of adult intelligence, you should record all of your interactions with law enforcement. More evidence of exactly what happened is always better for the person who is NOT in the wrong. As an attorney, I will never interact with law enforcement without a camera running if I can help it.
Sovereign citizen arguments have no basis in law and have never been successful in any court. The movement may appeal to people facing financial or legal difficulties or wishing to resist perceived government oppression. As a result, it has grown significantly during times of economic or social crisis.
All facts.
Just once for pure comedy it would be amazing if a supervisor ran up and was like “guys !!! No stop! You are impeding his right to travel and violating your oath to the constitution! Oh my gosh the lawsuit is going to bankrupt the department, JUST KIDDING”
That would be so choice!
That would just empower them.
For someone who knows alot about laws, he sure was stumbling over his own words like untied shoe strings, give up buddy 😂
PS. i like how everyone was being nice to him, and then supervisor showed up and told him whats up, love the video van, much love ❤️
If you're moving your feet on the pavement you are travelling by walking.
If you board a train, which you pay to do, you are travelling by train.
If you are operating a driven vehicle you are travelling by driving.
You're not impeded, you're asking to ride all trains for free and to be given free boots.
Also, the operators of these planes, trains, and automobiles must be licensed to have you "travel" with them
Omg officer Muller with that wave and smile for his cameo appearance 😂🫡
Oh yeah! As if the supervisor is going to agree with him and let him go! 😂😂😂😂
Has there ever been one single case in history where calling for a cop supervisor has worked out well for the criminal? I think not
Law enforcement should treat sovcits like the IRS treats tax deniers: A warning letter for the first frivolous tax filing and then an automatic $5,000 fine for each and every subsequent frivolous tax filing.
Law enforcement cannot impose fines on their own -- we'd need to get the states to pass laws to do that, or else make use of the tools law enforcement already has.
I wish there was some way to repo their cars and hold them until they have proof of license, insurance and registration
@@kimely9621 There kind of is! If they're towed, they generally have to show a license and proof of registration to get it back from the towing company, and they keep racking up storage fees until they fork over the documents (and the money) to get it back. 😂
@@norarivkis2513 True, although state laws differ. Some only require proof of ownership and a photo ID; license, registration and insurance are either not required at all, or only if they're driving it off the lot (not towing).
@@UpnorthHere True. But most of the time they need a state ID, which is exactly what the sovcits donwanna get.
Oh I love it when they choose the hard way. Although let's be honest. Every moment they choose to be SovCits they're choosing the hard way.
The people's constitutional right to freely travel through the states means you don't have to produce ID or other papers to come and go. The method of conveyance, i.e. on foot, horse, auto, giant lizard, is what can be regulated by the states. And they have chosen to make the laws that require registration and insurance of motor vehicles, and licensure of the operators of such. So, yes, travel freely and unhindered around the United States with no paperwork unless you're operating a motor vehicle...
How do they think all this BS is worth it ?
Arrest record, cost to replace window, towing ,impound and court fees, still having to prove a valid license, registration, insurance, payed court fees to get the vehicle released.
I don't get it either
in the UK these idiots would be arrested and on their way to the station with in 5 minutes
Hard to know, there's only a couple of videos. UK FOTLs / Sovcits seem to be more around trying to avoid paying household debts rather than driving stuff.
US SURPREME COURT needs to do a ruling saying if you're behind the wheel of a car YOU ARE DRIVING.
They did, see Hendrick v Maryland.
@@frankw7091 then these idiots need to see it
they really don't, the law is clear already and they don't need to pander to a bunch of misfits who will misinterpret everything anyway. Remember they quote Thompson vs Smith stating it supports their claim, in fact it does the complete opposite.
SCOTUS doesn't generally mess in the states' prerogatives. 10th Amendment.
As a former autonomous vehicle tester, there were times when I was in the seat with my hands on the wheel, but the car was driving itself. In fact it was most of the time. I see Waymo vehicles all the time driving themselves around with nobody at the wheel. It's pretty amazing stuff.
These cops handled this poorly in my opinion. To much patience for nonsense from an adult. They treated him at if he were a child.
Maybe.
I'd argue they did a good job and handled this appropriately. They were very detached and professional and weren't letting their egos take over- just like cops are supposed to be.
The cops kept trying to de-escalate. What people will see are cops not eager to rush right into something that can be construed as overly 'aggressive'.
If they had guns drawn, were screaming at him, arguing with him, immediately broke windows, tased the driver, dragged him out of the car, etc... it would cause the driver to get sympathy and more attention from those that share his delusions or look for excuses to hate cops.
"I'm travelling!" -Ralph Wiggum
so sad so many people are so determined to show their stupidity. Take the ninny off to jail please.
All American cops need to trained on how to deal with sov citizens so these interactions go quickly
Yes but I so love the window smash!
"Get a supervisor"
"Why are there so many cops here?"
Could you imagine the total chaos if everyone believed what this tiny man believes? Road rage would be murder.
Strange that none of them notice that not a single ticket is because they are travelling, invariably the tickets are for something they are doing while they happen to be travelling. No you certainly don't need a licence to travel but you do need one for that car you're operating even if you happen to be travelling in it.
Walking is not a problem but jay-walking is. Strange that nobody has a problem understanding that law or claims being ticketed for jay-walking is depriving them of their rights because they happened to be travelling at the time,

I still am in agreement that the police should offer window repair membership to sovereign citizens in particular due to their inability to get out of their vehicles when asked by police.
They should have one of those punch cards like the ones they use at drive through coffee stands. 10th punch gets your next window replacement free.
They would refuse to contract with them
I'm pretty sure that the police pension fund is heavily invested in the auto glass repair industry

Gotta love the way the officer on the passenger side waved!
It’s always amusing to have them count how many cops are there when they demanded more be called. Idiots.
Reminds me of that song "If You Wanna Be Dumb, You Gotta Be Tough", and that fits Sovereign Citizens to the letter!
Why do the officers put up with this nonsense for so long??!!😮
Love how the cop at the passenger side waves hello! Awesome!
It’s sad that sovereign citizens are going to keep doing this over and over. They’re failures in life. This is 2024 and you would think they would realize that their antics would be over already.
It’s amazing how people will stick with things that no longer work for them.
The best ones are the ones that shout "On no! Not again!!!" when they break the window. One if them, it was the *third* time he had his window broken out.
People who quote laws and cases and argue the Police with no qualification or knowledge of them are really taking a very large gamble...
A cop should ask politely maybe 3 times to get out at most & then out goes the window & the driver
Give him the advice to start the timer on the phone. Tell him that when it hits 60 seconds, the window will be broken and he will be dragged from the vehicle, EVEN IF he shout that he will comply.
Quoting Thompson v Smith is ample evidence of their ignorance and failure to actually learn anything.
Let this man walk to his next ZZ Top doppelganger content!
You're right Van. That won't be tolerated in Florida. Not for that long.
Yeah. Not one US Supreme Court decision says you can drive/move/travel/etc. in a car/auto/conveyance/etc. without a license.
It's so hilarious how sovcit think they are in charge of traffic stops and use that perceived control as an opportunity to "teach law enforcement about the law."
It's like a five year old instructing their parent, and being emboldened when the parent actually does as instructed, and then thinking that will work on everyone all the time.
It's always suspicious when there are weird cuts like that. I've yet to hear a believable explanation from them why it happens, but I think we can all figure out why.

I'm actually shocked. Of all the bullet points he recited, not once did he mention "I HAVE AN INJURED ARM/SHOULDER" as he was getting arrested.
He defianlty cut the part out where his window was busted and he was yanked out of the car. You can hear the cops telling him not to resist while they cuff him. Because how embarrassing to talk tough, only to get yanked out like a little b*tch 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I want to see this Supreme Court case documents that state “You do not need a driver’s license to operate a vehicle.” I want to see this, because I have never seen it or even heard of it. Who is the person who won this court case? What is their name?
I would think there’d be a news story or two somewhere in the country exposing the “truth” about how no one needs a drivers license to operate a car.
This guy might have sounded like he was confident in his nonsense, but he developed the shakes pretty early on & kindly filmed them - either that or there was an earthquake no one mentioned
Funny
