It all depends on the jurisdiction and the judge. Some places have increased the punishments for things like this.

I have trespassed both sov cits and people seeking a scene by playing the victim card. All of them threaten to sue me and my company. Never once have I been called in front of a judge or tribunal.

When I was a young man I did bad things and got into trouble with the law. I’ve been on prisoner transports from prisons to court and back that last hours, all while being handcuffed. Handcuffs aren’t comfortable, nor are they uncomfortable. As long as you relax they won’t hurt. Old mate is being precious.
I think I better try to continue to be a law abiding citizen. I have never been in cuffs, not even for fun, but at my age the arthritis in my shoulder would be killing me by the time we got to the station 😂😂😂😂
