This lawsuit that will be going through will end with all you free in the USA as the CONSTITUTION helps us hold our rights that were indeed violated this day. Its sad that you dont know your rights. That is all i have to say.
No rights were violated on that stop.
PIN OF SHAME! PIN OF SHAME!
OMG a real one!
I'm willing to bet that you're slightly overweight, smoke and are a single mother.
Then you are a fool that needs to look at actual rights and laws.
He's as proud as a kindergarden student bringing home his first crayon drawing.
He likely couldn't even manage that as he already ate the crayons.
😂
@@WardDorrityDammit...I was going to allude to that!
Hey, don’t diss five-year-olds and their ability with crayons.
But they forgot to tell him not to eat the crayon!
Watching a sovereign citizen walk into a police station and try to argue law is like watching a turkey walk into a fox den and argue for veganism.
I don't know what turkeys or foxes have ever done to you but there is no reason to insult them by comparing them to this fool.
best analogy i have read to date bwahahaha
I fully expected them to burst out laughing before shredding his BS.
Watching them argue law on the roadside is like trying to get Biden to tie his shoes so he stops tripping.
@@CD_Character I just laughed at how they looked at that completely dumbfounded, not understanding someone would actually be stupid enough to show up at the police station with that garbage.🤣
I’m an ex cop. We asked you once for credentials and it to step out. If they refused we helped them out. If they refused once to identify we arrested them and finger printed them and sent it to the FBI to identify. It could take several days. Once we sent it off there was no changing of minds. It didn’t matter how many times you screamed your name. Too late. It’s time we let officers enforce the law. This is embarrassing to see officers beg for people to comply. To all officers seeing this comment DO YOUR JOB ! Your job is not to baby sjt and beg.
Good old days💪
@@annamarielewis7078sure wish he had screamed IDO NOT CONSENT the officially approved (after double blind testing) number of times and spared us all this…..😊
Agree 💯. Thank you for your service 🙏
At first I thought he was just waiting for the second officer to arrive but they still let him spew his BS for too long.
ask tell make.... simple
Going into a police station and handing out “right to travel” papers is just calling attention to the fact that you’re riding dirty around town. 🤦🏻♀️
I’ll bet they immediately started a station pool on who could stop him first.
Its like handing them a note that reads"Im retarded and Ima waster tax payers money!"
Yes it would be funny if they stopped him on his way out.
This guy is a genius actually. He has figured out how to play both roles of "Dumb & Dumber" at the same time.
This is an absolutely hilarious comment. I actually laughed out loud. THANKS VERY MUCH!!!

Their commitment to being completely wrong sure provides for good entertainment.
I was thinking the same thing.
All this because he wouldn't provide identification. Seriously, almost every SOVCIT traffic stop plays out *just* like this 🙄
To our delight
everytime I get into an argument on the internet, i remind myself some people are so wrong that being convicted for being wrong wont even deter them. So its kind of pointless to argue with anyone.
Idioacracy is less fiction and more fact each and every day.
We need to take up the UK’s policy of selling or crushing vehicles that are not registered within the two or three weeks allowed.
Same if it has no insurance; vehicle crushed (Road Traffic Act 1988). Of course it doesn't count if the car if off the public road)
I paused and read his manifesto, unfortunately for him, he spelled private property with a capital "P" so that means he gave official consent in writing. Poor lad.
That was nonsense. Which means it's probably DEVASTATING to the SovShit rhetoric lol
If only he hadn't done that he would have totally won everything and been immune. The exact correct process to finding the magic loophole to nullification of all laws is a tricky path to walk, much like alchemy. But all worth it when you get all your papers just so any repeat your incantations just right, and the cops suddenly say "oh, our apologies sir, you are free to go, sorry to inconvenience you" and suddenly you find yourself without a single limitation (but obviously all the rights and privileges of any citizen). So it's definitely worth it.
This man needs a job and a life. This is childish behavior from a presumably grown man with far too much free time.
Agreed!
I’ve noticed that is a common thread. They are behind on car payments, house payments, child support payments etc. There are legal options for people who are that far underwater, but those all involve still paying those bills. And to do that you need to get a job. And having a job means paying taxes.
Sums up how I feel about basically all sovshits..
Give him a break. Mom had to kick him out of the basement for the day while she cleaned his room and did his laundry. So he couldn't play his video games or watch p**n.
But if he had a job and a life, then he wouldn't be a SovTard or Frauditor.
"Right to travel, eh? Yeah you can walk pretty much anywhere you want on your own two feet."
People with licenses already drive like shit. Imagine if zero licence were needed
Right to travel simply means that you must be treated equally when you go state to state; and the state that you are visiting cannot require you to obey specials laws JUST FOR TRAVELERS; The South required documents and passports from EVEN FREED BLACKS TO VISIT in the South this landmark decision was to address that as well as stop states from putting tolls on each other; It had nothing to do with mode of travel and the decision acknowledged the states rights to the roads and the waterways; God get these people some therapy;
I'm guessing he's going to be doing a lot more travelling on foot after this. 😆
Also by public transportaion (planes, trains, busses etc)
Impound car....Issue pogo stick
The FBI considers these guys to be domestic terrorists.
On account of all the domestic terrorism
They're like kids. They read this stuff, and think they're discovering it for the first time, and NOBODY has ever thought of it before. This is TRUE Dinning-Krueger stuff. It's like going to defend yourself in court , and arguing that you didn't commit "murder," you "killed someone against their will," and thought that would be the "gotcha" moment. Unreal.
A sovereign citizen walks into a police station...sounds like the setup to a terrible joke.
Makes sense, sovereign citizens are punchlines.

A three-legged dog walks into a bar , and says "where's my paw?"
These officers played his game for far too long. What's the point of saying the same thing 50 times? Pull his ass out of the car and take him to jail.
And test the taser
I was legitimately embarrassed for this guy each time he handed out paperwork to the police.
Toilet paper.
Why does the officer allow himself to be drawn into this circle of arguments?
00:37 "Sure, I'll pass that along for your sir" as he throws it in the trash.
Straight in the shredder 😂
Nah, he definitely passed it along. I'm sure the office staff needed a good laugh.
I guarantee you that they passed it around and everyone had a big laugh.

Him handing out his right to travel papers 🤣I'm sure the police threw it right in the trash after he left. Just because you print something off the internet doesn't mean it's real. Massachusetts cops have little patience for this nonsense
It's a pity he had his window rolled down 😔
They put it in a file on him.
Yep, that printed nonsense went straight into the "round" file aka rubbish bin.
Are you telling me my Right to the British Throne form isn't authentic? Explains why the guards were so rough. I just thought they couldn't read American English.
I would of walked over too the paper shredder and let him watch what I think of his right to travel
Van Balion - I want to personally thank you, not only for the entertainment you provide, but for providing an extremely important public service by exposing these morons, especially since according to SovCits the rest of us who properly register and insure our vehicles and drive on valid drivers licenses are just a bunch of poor dupes who don’t know any better.
The delusion is strong with this joker. Handing ludicrous paperwork to police does not make it legally binding.
I wish we'd see police simply say "your opportunity to argue will be in court. Here on the street, your compiance is required."
My first words over the radio after hearing this guy spew his nonsense would have been "Send a tow truck to my location"
"Right to travel" is idiot for "I am an asshole".
Lol😊
This comment wins.
Travel on foot donkey horse his common law shit 😂
😅
I wish all of these cops would just say "if you disagree with this a court of law is where you argue this. " & just arrest them. I could never be a cop because even though im not a violent person i always shout at the screen "omg break the window, taze them!" 😂 The patience of these cops is amazing lol
I know and agree. I love the officers that use the three step approach; ask, tell, force!
I once tried to argue with a cop and he said the one thing that I remember... "Tell it to the judge because I don't care."
My father was a cop for 28 years. He taught me, "NEVER argue with a man with a badge and a gun because you WILL lose!"
it's not just a badge and a gun, it's the prosecutor, the judge, the court, the state statutes, the penalties & fines, and the database of your violations. The cop answers to the court system.
@@hirampriggott1689not sure what you're trying to say. The point is that you are given the court system specifically for arguing your point, and people frequently win for that matter. The officer is specifically given the authority to do what he does on the spot, and that that spot is not the place to argue technicalities because you disagree with a cop over guns points or the law. That's literally what the entire court process is for. If he is wrong, that's where you argue it. They can't and won't debate and argue you beside the road. As far as I can tell in most of these activists heads the world won't be right until an officer is unable to detain or arrest anyone unless they consent and agree with the officer that they have violated a law, and of they disagree over a fine point or technicality, they have the right to refuse to listen or cooperate. I'm sure real criminals will do the right thing and say "okay, fair cop. I committed a crime, so I voluntarily consent to detention, here's my ID sir".
@@justforever96 Theres a reason these never have follow up vids, they learn real quick they're wrong in court lol
My father's version was 'Never argue with a woman or a man in uniform, You will lose '
My father told me something similar...he said "it is you against the federal government and I promise you that is a fight you will NOT win".
You are in the Drivers Seat, You have a Steering Wheel in your Hands, A Gear Shift, A Brake Pedal, A Gas Pedal, And You WERE Moving Down the Road, So In A Nutshell You Were In Fact Driving, So you need a License, PERIOD,
4:20 Massachusetts law: "''Motor vehicle'', any vehicle, machine, tractor, trailer, or semitrailer propelled or drawn by mechanical power used on highways, or any other vehicle required to be registered under the laws of this state, not including any vehicle, machine, tractor, trailer, or semitrailer operated exclusively on a rail."
Yes, MA has some really odd motor vehicle laws that seem to date from cowpath days. Other state simply say, "motor vehicle is any self-propelled vehicle."

@josephrobichaud5198 In the short term? There's been a number of them. Some on Van's channel I believe. Tthere's one famous one where a police sergeant of all people was talked into the rightness of the Sovtard argument and not only let the idiot go but accepted an invitation to attend a Sovtard "meeting". My fondest hope is that he's not a police sergeant anymore.
You have the right to travel.
You are also required to have insurance, a license and have the vehicle registered to operate it in public places.
These sovereign citizens are not intelligent enough to understand what there is a difference in traveling and operating a vehicle.
Buy the way a vehicle is not just motorized....
The law they are referring to was to keep from needing passports when traveling from one state to another, I think..
You can bet he doesn't have car insurance. So who pays if he damages someone else's property
@@pamwhite9231 that's kinda a scam anyway. Minimum coverage is $25,000. That's not enough to pay for an average vehicle. So you still have to carry uninsured/underinsured insurance. Even you probably have a policy that has $500,000 or less coverage. What happens if you accidentally cause a wreck involving multiple people who sue you for 10 million combined, you still have to come up with 9.5 million. I think it's bull crap. Insurance companies ought to be required to cover all losses. Meanwhile the biggest insurance companies are profiting 60 plus billion per year. I believe if we are required by law to have insurance, insurance companies ought to be non profit. You can bet your bottom dollar they'll use insurance companies to force everyone into EVs by not insuring your gas burner.
@@Bryan-Hensley I think you missed my point

To quote the inimitable Billy Connolly, 'Too much talking, not enough smacks in the mouth'.
“I’m doing everything I can” to show I’m an idiot.
Very similar to "I didn't do anything" that the officer lawfully instructed you to do.
Suburban MA police are generally laid back and looking for any reason to let you go with a warning. These people make their own lives as difficult as possible.
Agreed, you gotta be slurring speech with an open container for them to bother you. I mostly get warnings. Unfortunately, Massachusetts state cops 👮♂️ have gotten me many times speeding 😒.
Especially if you are honestly on your way to work. They don't want to mess with you. But if you are going 60 in a 40, they will pull you over.
I wish the cops would not argue and arrest
No attorney would take your case cuz you don't have a case 💲💲💲💲
I would guess they are not planning to hire an attorney. These folks also typically believe attorneys are corrupt, often claiming members of the bar here in the US are beholden to the crown, or some related nonsense. I would venture to guess they have, or will, submit some incoherent filing as a pro se litigant. The circus continues. 🎪
As always, yes, SCOTUS affirmed everyone's right to travel throughout all 50 states. You don't have a right to travel in an automobile however.
Actually, you do. As long as the driver of that automobile is properly licensed and insured, anyone* can travel in it all they want!
*(excluding those subject to court order not to leave a state etc.)
Can I travel in home build rocket with long blades replacing wings? As a foreign citizen (I am from Europe) I will have right to do it in US, right? As your laws don't apply to me... But I assume I will also have all the right of the citizens 🎉
@@nnelg8139
Because you're allowed to drive an automobile doesn't mean you have a right to. As we all know, all states claim driving on their roads is a privilege not a right. So no, "traveling" by automobile is not a right.
@@dariuszrosik9445 Nah it still has to be registered with FAA and file a flight plan after it passes inspection, and you probably need a license of some kind...
@@dariuszrosik9445as long as the FAA doesn’t catch ya
It always boggles my mind that these SovCits think the other 99.9% of vehicles on the road are all commercial vehicles which have license plates. And why in the world would all fifty states issue both personal and commercial driver's licenses if only commercial drivers need them?
His theory is all the rest of the motorists just don't understand their "rights". He is one of the elite few who actually understand them. Hence the "pin of shame" post at the top. He thinks once he wins his law suit, then we will all understand. It must be nice (actually sad) to be that delusional.
I don't know why those police stations were immune to those papers with magical incantations written on them. I'm dumbfounded!
Those papers contain no magical incantations on them. They contain drivel, delusional beliefs, hogwash, poppycock, and pure bullshit. There's nothing magical about any of that garbage. A total waste of paper, printer ink, and highlighter marker and the time and electricity put into this illusion they prefer to real life.
These are great thanks.
When three officers in a row are utterly confused by what you’re trying to tell them, maybe it’s time to evaluate whether you know what you’re saying or not.
That's just because they don't know the law!!!! Not like our hero does. But he is now here to properly edumacate them on legal shit...
@@timbirch4999 and if they refuse to learn his version of the law, he'll simply call them "bootlickers". That's the highlight of his day.
So, he got arrested...he really showed those ''oath breakers''!
Officers, please stop them after their first ‘announcement. You give them way too much respect and power.
The Police (in this case, in Massachusetts) are far too patient! As soon as the driver starts on his BS, they should drag him out of the car, arrest him, take him to jail and advise him that he will be able to argue his nonsense with the Judge in the morning!!
Shame he doesn't understand what the right to travel means.
I love the idea that Sovereign Citizens that try to defend themselves in court are there on a "LOL Suit" ::D
A lot of PDs aren't playing this anymore. It's ask 3 times for license/reg/insurance, than it's pull them out, cuffs, the big ride & booking.
And if their case is dismissed, they think they "won".
They only need one lesson:
The script doesn’t worked, hasn’t work, and won’t ever work.

Nowhere , does it make any common sense that any human being has the right to use a three thousand pound weapon that can propel a one hundred pound girl up into a power line , causing her to lose your leg and paralyze her arm. These licensings ensure that you know what you are doing when you get behind the wheel of a three thousand pound weapon. I have the right to travel so I will Google how to fly an airplane and charge everyone $20 a person to fly then across the country. Okay?
Funny thing is they never looked up whether or not the law suits were ever won. Answer is none
There might be a reason why this movement started (apparently) in the US. Although from what I understand the public transport there is abysmal and public planning based on people having their own car. Am I wrong?
You got the right to travel by foot, bicycle, bus, train, but operating a motorized vehicle is a priviledge. Fascinating concept...

Instead of arguing the LEO's should say step out come with us a judge will sort it out.
When he buys gas for his "conveyance", isn't that commerce? He's trading money for goods. What an idiot 😂😂
Not to mention that if the video is posted, especially to subscribers, that is "commerce".
@pamwhite9231 Sorry, wrong argument. They think that acting in commerce is being paid to drive so using the shopping argument isn't going to get any mileage.
Moreover, the Supreme Court case Wickard v Filburn absolutely blows the SovTard commerce argument out of the water. By producing something you use yourself, even if you do not enter it into a trade arrangement (aka "commerce"), you are still affecting commerce and are thus engaged in commerce.
Therefore; by being your own chauffeur rather than hiring one, you are engaged in commerce even though you do not pay yourself to drive yourself. Since you can effectively drive yourself across state lines, you are engaged in interstate commerce -- even as a private individual.
This is left to the states, generally. However, the federal government could require all drivers to be licensed commercially under the broad "direct or indirect" scope of Wickard.
I am not saying I agree with Wickard any more than I agree with the logical fallacy of Kansas v. Glover (unless compelling evidence to the contrary, law enforcement can reasonably assume the person a vehicle is registered to is the driver).
However, I do recognize this is the current legal interpretation and made up crap from SovCits doesn't change them.
I'd love to be the prosecutor in these cases.
"Your honor I would like to submit my video of the police braking the law"
Prosecutor:"I uhh... rest my case?"
You would have rested your case before the SovCit showed his video. The closest to a mic drop moment you would get is, "I have no questions for the witness," after they incriminate themselves.

A waste of ink, but not a waste of paper if recycled and shredded. I’m sure there’s sov cit hamsters out there who need fresh bedding.
What I love about these videos is almost always you can tell the SC is a bully in life. They never shut up because they need to control others and can't stand the thought of anyone having any control over them. I think it's because aggression has gotten them through in places where thinking would have taught them better life lessons. So we get to see the bully get taken down a peg.
I suspect you're correct, generally, in your analysis of these. Seems related to ideas of control, domination, et cetera.
I can attest to wanting to see them "brought down a peg," as you stated, or a few pegs --- for good measure.😊
And the supervisor then files that paperwork into the nearest little round filing cabinet next to their desk. xD

Most states define "motor vehicle" as any 'non-human' propelled vehicle capable of going more than 20 miles per hour. Basically if it is pedal powered then you can exceed 20. If it is battery or motor powered it can't be capable of going 20+ or it needs a registration.
Driver is "anyone steering, propelling, or otherwise in control of a vehicle" so if you are in the drivers seat and parked you can still be the driver.
Why are these cops pandering to him for so long and allowing him to control the traffic stop. Ridiculous.
Belated happy Valentine's Day, Van! I hope you and your wife had a lovely day. Thanks for another awesome video of sov-cit stupidity. 🤣
Happy belated valentine's day to you too, we both took the day off and went for a nice meal 😁
@@VanBalion That's great to hear, buddy. 🍻
Applaud your kindness. Best to you and yours too.
@@VanBalionwhat constitutes a nice meal in your end of the country? Just asking….😊
The ONLY question a cop needs to answer is: "What is your name and badge number" and "Why did you stop me," ANY other questions he can and will ignore.
It really makes me happy knowing that he wasted all of that time and gas money so he could hand them papers to throw away.
I drive commercially... all's that means is I drive a tractor trailer, and I got my class A license at the same DMV that I got my class D, which is to drive passenger vehicles. These people are insane, just go sort out your fines, DWI, whatever it is that has you coping about being a traveller. They wouldn't want 5 year olds driving, puting them and their lived ones at risk but by their standards, small children, blind people, ANYONE can drive. I drive an 80k lb truck, it's called commercial driving, it means I can't refuse breath tests, have to get cleared by medical etc. They know the truth, if they really are this dumb, they in fact should never be on the road. I assume most have prior DWI'S, too lazy to take accountability and take the steps to get it back legally. Rant over
Dude printed some information from Wikipedia and really took it to the police station..... LOL
