Every time a cop only gives tickets or warnings to sovtards instead of arresting them or towing their car, it keeps emboldening the others to keep on acting like lunatics while endangering the public.

agreed.......but you know why they don't?..... *Paperwork* Seriously, it's why cops will always rather someone comply, or spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to get someone to comply.....to avoid the copious amount of paperwork for any arrest and/or towing. I fully agree that they should....just trying to point out the biggest reason they refrain from imposing legal consequences

How much they are emboldened also depends upon whether they are true believer or not. Even after he killed someone in a head-on collision, the "My son has to poop" Weavers still believed they were in the right. Warnings and prosecutors dropping charges is the wrong way to go for those just trying it out, but nothing will stop a true believer.

Equally sad is that not one of these SovIdiots have the balls to refuse the plea deal and have their day in court. The reason for that is probably they've seen the videos of the few who to take their chances before a judge, and fail miserably.

Saw one recently where a guy being stopped for the second time said they let him go the first time because he wasn't doing anything illegal/wasn't required to have proper tags. Even as he said that the previous cop gave him a warning. Cop gave him the warning because he was called to a more urgent matter. Guy kept saying that it was obviously okay because the cop "Let me go". Yes with a WARNING. That's what a warning is. A warning not to do it again, or to get it taken care of. Not letting you go to say it's okay to do it. Luckily the second time it ended up with him being arrested and the car impounded.

I could not agree more! This car, boat, conveyance, automobile, private land yacht whatever they call it should have been towed and impounded ON THE SPOT. When you are lenient with these clowns you enable this ridiculous behavior. They start thinking "huh...that almost worked. I still have my car and I am still driving. I need to push this further..." Wrong. Hammer them, hammer them hard, hammer them continuously and relentlessly. Each infraction getting worse and worse until he/she is so far in over their heads that they have no choice but to follow the law. And civil law is just as valid as criminal law or commercial law or any other kinds of law. Just a different flavor to suit the needs of the state. But they're ALL laws. I don't like spending my hard earned money on license, tags and insurance any more than they do. But I do because it's the law. Letting them off just gives the middle finger to all us who do obey and do what's right.

This is also one of the provinces which do not require bi-annual inspections to ensure roadworthiness of a vehicle.

If you don't have a valid driver's licence and valid vehicle registration, being cited for that is not being subject to "bad" charges. Those are required in every state for anyone physically controlling an automobile on public roads.
