Every time a cop only gives tickets or warnings to sovtards instead of arresting them or towing their car, it keeps emboldening the others to keep on acting like lunatics while endangering the public.
agreed.......but you know why they don't?..... *Paperwork* Seriously, it's why cops will always rather someone comply, or spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to get someone to comply.....to avoid the copious amount of paperwork for any arrest and/or towing. I fully agree that they should....just trying to point out the biggest reason they refrain from imposing legal consequences
That may be according to Dept policy
How much they are emboldened also depends upon whether they are true believer or not. Even after he killed someone in a head-on collision, the "My son has to poop" Weavers still believed they were in the right. Warnings and prosecutors dropping charges is the wrong way to go for those just trying it out, but nothing will stop a true believer.
100% but I know it's because these people are so unbearable that the other cops just give up. It's too much time
No, that assumes they can learn from experience.
Does anyone really believe his claim that many cops said he right? No matter what the cops do or say; he will remain a fool.
Every time a cop gives him a break it builds his delusion. Don't ever give these guys a break.
Yeah I would pull him over and write another ticket every single time he tried to leave. Over and over and over and over.
delusional.....
With misinformation being such a hot topic, I am surprised they even allow these websites to remain functional..
33:37 33:39
His car needs to be towed more often
Impound the vehicle. He said he's going to continue to drive illegally....tow it, impound it, don't release it until it's registered and insured. Period.
amen.
With no insurance, correct the vehicle should be towed.
Tow the car.
Call an Uber for the kids. Then tow the car. Then go to jail. Then try to get the car with no registration, license, and insurance...Good luck, moor-on!
Just saw video in Texas where the state confiscated a serial reckless drivers car that will not be returned. Finally sone true justice
Why the judges and prosecutors continue to drop charges against these people is beyond me
sadly, it's a cost thing. The cost to the state is far lower to plead it to a lesser charge than to try it in court. Equally sad is that not one of these SovIdiots have the balls to refuse the plea deal and have their day in court. The reason for that is probably they've seen the videos of the few who to take their chances before a judge, and fail miserably.
The courts are clogged. If everyone demanded jury trials it would fail.
It is a waste of time and resources. Every time they are humored it reinforces these insane beliefs and encourages others.
There are far more arrests made than the courts could ever possibly process. Judges and prosecutors have to decide which cases get adjudicated first and they prioritize violent crimes and repeat offenders over minor nonviolent charges.
Perhaps everyone that has a licence etc. should have his tickets resolved !! Why?are these FOOLs given all this attention. Put his ASS in JAIL now!! This is an embarrassment to law abiding citizens. He insults the officers and American Laws. Is he LEGAL? Why all this special attention???
I feel sad for the children of SovCits. To have such delusional parents is such a disadvantage.
Idiocracy here we come..
Gonna be like the racist of my time. Now I watch their children, grandchildren and even greats repeating the same thing tey learned at home. It's sad!!
I know one of these guys. He got the family car repossessed right out from under his wife and kids because his sovcit bullshit convinced him he could declare his car loan void and the car was his free and clear.
@@ayronsmama05 It's like family abuse, children see it and repeat it on down the line and it is so sad.
They are not children, they are travelling
This is exactly why they should be held accountable EVERY single time. You give them a break once, they expect it all the time.
Saw one recently where a guy being stopped for the second time said they let him go the first time because he wasn't doing anything illegal/wasn't required to have proper tags. Even as he said that the previous cop gave him a warning. Cop gave him the warning because he was called to a more urgent matter. Guy kept saying that it was obviously okay because the cop "Let me go". Yes with a WARNING. That's what a warning is. A warning not to do it again, or to get it taken care of. Not letting you go to say it's okay to do it. Luckily the second time it ended up with him being arrested and the car impounded.
Soft cops , afraid of they’re jobs, either do your job or quit please
No Registration, No Drivers License, No Insurance, with Kids in the vehicle. That could be construed as "Child Endangerment".
And if it were “normal” people, we’d be ordered out of our vehicle and placed under arrest for what you stated. Why they give them so much leniency is crazy. They’ll get sick of them at some point and just shut them down. Hopefully 🙄
Not to mention speeding on top of all this!!
No insurance ought to be a automatic trip to jail, for endangerment to the public.
Insurance doesn’t protect the public.
Every time I feel stupid in life, I watch a video like this to boost my spirits.
Lol.
Unfortunately, we can't fix stupid!
😂😂
@@bonittablack1940 - actually we CAN fix stupid, but it's usually a very painful experience!! As a U.S. Marine, I can definitely fix someone's stupidity, but it will hurt like hell! OORAH
This video should definitely help LYIN Joe Biden's stupidity!! Or...maybe not!! 🤣🤣🤣
Anytime any officer lets them drive off with no ID, no Insurance with just a summons they should be held liable if anything happens!
I could not agree more! This car, boat, conveyance, automobile, private land yacht whatever they call it should have been towed and impounded ON THE SPOT. When you are lenient with these clowns you enable this ridiculous behavior. They start thinking "huh...that almost worked. I still have my car and I am still driving. I need to push this further..." Wrong. Hammer them, hammer them hard, hammer them continuously and relentlessly. Each infraction getting worse and worse until he/she is so far in over their heads that they have no choice but to follow the law. And civil law is just as valid as criminal law or commercial law or any other kinds of law. Just a different flavor to suit the needs of the state. But they're ALL laws. I don't like spending my hard earned money on license, tags and insurance any more than they do. But I do because it's the law. Letting them off just gives the middle finger to all us who do obey and do what's right.
It should be against the law to let them drive without license, registration, or insurance. He has been violating the law without consequences for over 2 years.
That's actually happened before.
An officer let a woman drive off drunk because he knew her. She got in a wreck with another woman. Somehow she found out about the officer letting her go and sued the city and won. No idea what happened with the officer, likely nothing, but I'm sure the city wasn't too happy about it.
This is another sad example of useless cops not doing their jobs! They are ENABLING this behavior by allowing these idiots to get away with this!
If an officer did let him go, with no license, insurance, or registration and he was involved in an accident, the dept can be sued. That would be like letting a drunk driver go and then he gets into an accident. The dept would absolutely be responsible.
Laughed out loud when the supervisor asked him "so where is the speed limit part in your papers?" and he just stood there in silence.
Officer Nubbell deserves the cop equivalent of an Oscar or the Nobel Peace Prize for keeping his cool and taking time with this malignant narcissist.
Send this guy to the Middle East stat!
Whats making me sick, is that he keeps telling them he's gonna keep committing a crime. They are within rights to impound his vehicle and take him to jail for no insurance, no license, and an invalid registration.
😏 You are exactly 💯% correct because he'd be in jail the car would be impounded and the kids would be picked up by CPS. THE end! 😒
As kids watch
Child endangerment
I agree with you, He should have been taken to jail. right there. Then and only then He will be schooled. OMG
happy ending in my view
i know being with CPS and taken off your family aint a nice experience for a kid but it'd be better than living with this retard@@imjustsaying3604
every time these guys say something like "I've talked to police about this before, they've let me go" or "yeah the judge always throws it out because I'm right" they are blatantly LYING.
He is partially correct, he is allowed to operate his personal vehicle, without it being registered, without insurance and without a drivers license all he wants. On property he owns!! Not on public roadways!!
Hundreds maybe thousands of persons operate private property ON private property all the time. NONE of this applies to these idiots.
This is honestly the most patient video of a sovvie I've seen. The cops actually tried to educate him and show him the error of his ways. Too often cops default to some "you're entitled to think that" instead of telling people they're wrong, and I know cops don't want to get confrontational but that's how you end up with them thinking "well the cops AGREED with me!"
They should allow cops to arrest people like this, especially when they proudly proclaim that they will continue to break the law and endanger other people's lives.
They ARE allowed to arrest fools like this.
The cops can arrest them. This cop is just messing around. Should have towed the car and write him again
S):::::::::::::::::::::::::::
They usually do don't they?
I'm a cop in the state of Florida. We would have arrested him and towed his car 🚗. These Deputies are far too lenient lol
I can't believe they let him go, I'm sick of it!!!😤
Need to make these officers known to the public when they do. Also let the public know it's ok to drive without a license. A good Supreme Court hearing would be in place of you or anyone else was ticketed or arrested when this officer made it known it's not an arrestable or ticket offense.
@@croaton07 Exactly!
Yep! More fucking useless cops NOT DOING their fucking jobs!
@@croaton07 I have to ask what you are talking about
You’re wrong. The video does not show him driving away again. We don’t know if the cops stopped him before his wheels started to turn, we just don’t know
I can’t even imagine how often he gets pulled over because he is driving around without plates.
" I am a father now". That's the scariest thing he has said the whole time!
I renewed my registration the other day. It took 5 minutes over the internet, but I was drinking a beer at the time, so it was really beer time. These people spend hours and thousands of dollars arguing about nothing.
We don't even pay for registration here now. But you do have to register your vehicle every year.
So true! It was thirty five bucks to renew my license, seventy five to renew my car and fifty for insurance, and its fifty a month for insurance. I paid it with a shrug, and yet this loser bellyaches about it and the one fat guy with his son killed two cops over it.
I'll throw in the Finnish equivelants: 90€ vehicle tax for a year, insurance is 200€ and vehicle inspection 60€. That's it.
The very concept of 'sovereign citizen' is extremely alien to Finns. Having all the pros and no cons? Wtf... Everyone participates or the whole system collapses. If anyone tried similar crap here, the social shaming and isolation would probably reach new records.
@@alaric_ Insurance in Canada is more like 1,400 Euros.
Right for $50 some odd dollars I have a license for the next 8 years n it literally took maybe 30 minutes total.
To call this guy stupid is an insult to stupidity!😂
I get irritated in a hurry with people who don't have insurance because I've been hit by people without insurance.
It makes me sick how much time and resources they take with this BS. The largest danger is no insurance. They say, I'll compensate but they don't and there's no guarantee. It's insane.
Maybe if they own something, he can sue after an accident. You can’t sue if they don’t own anything. Why are they so easily led by someone’s opinion online? Very sad!
I don’t know about Washington, but in my state you can’t get insurance if you don’t have a valid drivers license and valid registration. You get those first and then you get your insurance. And then and only then can you drive.
What resources did they waste? Cops were on the clock either way.
@@danr5239Same in Tennessee. You must have a valid DL and registration before you get insurance. You can’t even finance your vehicle without insurance. These people are a danger on our highways.
@@tryk9955 it gets back to the what positive duties the police could be occupied with instead of wasting time with a Sovtard.
Why this vehicle isn’t towed and he isn’t in jail is beyond me.
Ummm because we have a 4th amendment… you know… illegal search and seizures… you people are crazy… obey obey obey 🤦♀️… you want people jailed and possessions seized without committing a crime or having a warrant issued …wow just wow. always wondered how the Nazis got away with what they did and citizens did nothing.. now I understand…
It's Washington! We arrest them in the South!
If this happened in the UK, he wouldn't have had the chance to drive off again. Driving license, vehicle tax and insurance are required, if you're caught with driving on the roads with none of them, your vehicle simply gets taken away on the spot. They wouldn't even have this polite conversation with you, you'd be dragged out the car, given metal bracelets and your car lifted to the local nic...
@@killakanzgaming yeah, the tricky thing about america though is that we have this baseline sense of entitlement built into our national character. if someone infringes on your liberty to not only pursue any actions or impulses you wish at any given moment, but also the liberty to not even feel the slightest perturbation against your will to POTENTIALLY pursue desires that may or may not even have yet _occurred_ to you to pursue… well, buddy, that’s basically like the same exact thing as if some asshole King suddenly broke into my house and demanded I pay extra tax on my tea!

Step 1: Dispatch CPS and have the children separated from this uninformed parent.
Step 2 : Radio a towing service to transport the vehicle to a secure location.
Step 3 : Issue multiple traffic citations then arrest the subject and hold indefinitely until a court appearance can be held.
Yes❤❤❤
CPS would never open a case on this, so officers would look ridiculous doing that. And I don't believe this vehicle was actually unregistered or uninsured (despite what narrator says), which is why the officer was allowing any licensed driver to drive it away. Drivers license infractions aren't arrestible offenses. Looks like these officers did what they could in this circumstance.

you can’t reason with them
not only that, but they didn't tow the car, and, most likely, allowed him to drive away, after admitting speeding, with his kids in the car. major fail for these cops.

This guy talked his way into convictions on all charges. Including the speeding charge which was the only one that he even has a shot of getting off on in court.
Those cops dissected and destroyed every single thing he was saying. Truly a beautiful thing to behold.
One of the first things he did was apologize for speeding, which is admitting to a crime when they didn't even ask.
He won't show up to courts. Most people refuse to pay their fines.
@@steakknives Admittedly, in a normal interaction, admitting to it and apologizing _can_ actually be a good course of action. If that's the only offense, most cops will likely let you go with a slap on the wrist. Unless of course you proudly proclaim that you don't have (and think you don't need) a license and valid insurance.
right on
Washington state. They may not permit confiscation of a vehicle no matter what.
This was excellent. I have seen this before but not this long. Thank you for the longer thread. Good work!
It's clear that this man's kids really need to be in school and learning about the actual laws. Saddest part really.
the time they spend at home with him every other week is going to do the damage.
You really think public school are teaching kids anything? It's just different brainwashing.
They should be required to call child services to audit his household for neglect as much as I hate the foster care system these kids got better odds in foster system...
Like that mom who was apparently sov-cit who ended up dragging her son into the same BS, which led to his death.
the thing is, this is a kid with kids who is trying, from the pulpit of misinformation, to ignore the 10th amendment and not comprehend the actual words in the constitution regarding mobility rights, which have nothing to do with mode of transportation
You know what, buddy. You should give your kids the day off school, they've been traumatized enough for one day. They just found out their father has the IQ of a turnip and could use something to comfort them. Like a Happy Meal and an ice cream cone.
They should come up with a charge for misusing county/state officials - to keep these 3-4 officers tied up for this long for no valid reason is not cool.
“Oh so last year when your registration expired is when you learned your constitutional rights?!….” Haha. Amazing statement by the officer.
WOW, that poor guy is so sure of himself.... I hope he learns the difference between traveling and driving, in court.
No where at any time should any officer allow any unlicensed driver to drive off after being stopped. No automobile being operated unregistered and uninsured should be allowed to reman on the road. Any driver that willfully refuses to comply with such things based up upon such beliefs should be allowed to continue without being arrested. That is the main job of all police is to protect the public. They are not doing it here.
Maybe the Sovereign Citizens are right, maybe you really don;t need a License!~ It would seem so, by watching these idiot cops letting people get away with this!
Welcome to Washington state. Crime is legal here and nothing will happen to him when he goes to court.
You make some great points here -- maybe it's time to contact your local lawmakers/Rep and make your wishes known? (Politely and respectfully! lol) Police can only enforce the laws that are given.
I totally agree! The car should be immediately towed. And if they’re caught doing this more than one time, they should also be hauled to jail until they can see a judge to bond out.

@@sethbyrne1999 I'm in Canada. It is a ticketable offence, but I don't believe they can confiscate your vehicle unless multiple tickets go unpaid. Driving without valid registration varies from province to province, as some provinces (Ontario that I know of) now do not require renewal of plate registration. This is also one of the provinces which do not require bi-annual inspections to ensure roadworthiness of a vehicle.
Basically, there are some major differences from province to province up here. For instance, Quebec does not require inspections outside of a vehicle changing ownership, but do require winter tires from Dec 1 to April by law.

"I'm special and I don't have to follow the vehicle laws like everyone else" That's the entire sovcit argument in a nutshell

I think there are actually two different kinds of sovcit, though they overlap. The hardcore sovcits think they can magically declare that they are sovereign and therefore the law doesn't apply to them. Then there's this guy, the "civil rights" type, who finds ridiculous, imaginary rights, but believes they apply to everyone, not just sovcits who say the magic words. The sad part is there are real rights out there being violated but these guys just waste time tilting at windmills.
It's also interesting how many of them seem to be doing it because they've had encounters with the police that they didn't like and go down this route because it makes them feel right.
It's also why people park in fire zones at grocery stores.
"I'll just be a minute" should be a firable offence. By which I mean if you say that to me, I should be allowed to shoot you.

That’s the problem sometimes. When staff is short, the jail is over capacity, our Sheriff would say to issue court dates, and we would adhere to that per our sheriff. It IS arrestable, but if we cannot meet the minimum requirement of care by law, then we cannot arrest a person. You have a duty to law, and your citizens. Anyone want to call CPS and have them watch this video?
I'm not a lawyer, but isn't this better handled by just calling it a waste of police time?
Add up the time taken x # of police officers, and then pass that bill back to these people.
"Oh, that's when you learned your constitutional rights? Here's your citations." That officer is hilarious omg. 🤣🤣
I'm either too high or not high enough for this...
Not high enough
Lol true
So he has six thousand tickets, IF he bothers to go to court at all, the judge will just dismiss everything, and life will go on for this guy and those poor cops just like this. Forever.
If you let this loser drive with No insurance, No license and No registration and then go out and let him hit and kill someone, well then the cops need to be charged and sued. Tow the darn car and let him get an Uber.
Hubbell is amazing!!!! He knows his laws. Thank to all law enforcement officers and people who serve our country.
He is a prime example of what determines insanity
I can’t believe they couldn’t arrest him for at least ONE of the things he was doing wrong in Washington…
"I'm just trying to give you guys an education" and "you can't arrest me for anything" LOL
These officers are so patient with these delusional people.
This guy fell out of the stupid tree and hit every limb on the way down, then he landed on his head and bounced a few times.
...And then the Stupid Truck backed over his head.
and that same with these stupid cops as well!
Remember he had spawned so we have other genetically altered guppies swimming in this dark water. CPS needs to engage this ignorant buffoon.
And then the stupid tree fell on him 🫣
😂😂😂
Why doesn't he just call the "judge" he's been "working with"?
He didn't get dropped on his head as a kid, he got thrown down multiple times as a kid 🤣🤣
I'm just flabbergasted it's utterly ridiculous that they don't automatically impound this vehicle 🤬
I always wondered where they think traveling includes operating a motor vehicle. You are free to travel, on foot, bike, horse, or other ways that do not require licenses or training.
Probably freedom to travel means the freedom to be a passenger while someone else is operating a car. It's amazing how stupid my fellow humans are. But then, trump still has supporters so there's all the proof I need that humans are useless.
It's like evangelists who cherry pick shit from the Bible
I think you are also allowed to drive a car without a licence and whatnot in many places, like your own land. Just not on public roads.
This guy wasn’t as belligerent as most, but his disillusionment is profound. I can’t wait till he tries this with a judge. He’s gonna do an epic walk of shame after that hearing. 😂
Yup, all the way back to his house as the judge will have that car off the road
Except it is likely he won't accept what the judge tells him and believe it is all part of some conspiracy to deny him his rights.
@@blackprince7510 Nope....These days the "judge" "nolle prosequis" (drops) the bad charges and the guy pays a small fine and keeps doing the exact same thing...that is the reality today.
@@LoveBandit1000 That assumes any of the charges are "bad".
If you don't have a valid driver's licence and valid vehicle registration, being cited for that is not being subject to "bad" charges. Those are required in every state for anyone physically controlling an automobile on public roads.
No court has accepted as valid since the US Supreme Court ruling of _Hendrick v. Maryland,_ 235 US 610 (1915), the argument that such laws violate your right to travel.
Nah, he’ll just walk away shaking his head, sorrowful that he’s the only person in Washington State who knows the law.
Where I lived, if you drove unlicensed, suspended or revoked and were stopped by the police you were subject to arrest. Washington State needs to revise their laws.
If he had the vehicle towed and held until all regs met, this would curtail criminality. Try it in Texas
I need a supervisor to waste more peoples time and hear the same thing I've already been told because I have no clue what the laws are!
Apparently it's far more gratifying to receive penalties for your actions from a supervisor. If nothing else, years of watching SovCit "right to travel" video takedowns has taught me that.
Do they really think that everyone else on the road would willingly pay for a license, insurance, registration and be subject to traffic laws if it wasn't the law? 🤣🤣🤣
Now, there you go. Making sense.👏👏👏👍
This guy could be a case study for Dunning Kruger.
I love your sov cit videos. The longer, the better. 😊 ❤️
These deputies have gone above and beyond . . . They really should let the courts explain this. In KY, where I policed, if he got behind the wheel after the no OL and continued to operate, he'd be arrested on the spot.
They wasted far too much time arguing with him. There are people that may actually need help. The laws need to change. Arrest and tow and confiscate vehicle.
