You deserve far better than to have any of your citizens learn from some of the worst of ours. Unless you did something illgal ie hit someone, drive off from a stop or drive drunk you don't get court appearances like you do in the US. Pull over and tickets and such you just pay that's it. No court or signing or anything like that. Unless you do what this asshat did then you are %100 going strait into the tank for a while and you will not get released for good while till they sort your charges. And good, I don't want her on our roads. I hope they put her car in the compactor. (they do do that for serious or repeat offenders)

Why does it feel like she Thinks , this is a game?..... as she's being pulled over for running from a traffic stop... completely illegal... In the US it is technically illegal to put anything in a person's mailbox. Only the postal service can put things in peoples' mailboxes. It's ok however to hang stuff over the end hooks, like coupon papers.
