For me i have binge eating disorder just last night at 2am i ate 3 meals because i just cant stop myself, most of the time i dont eat and then suddenly eat a bunch

I only put half a banana in my smoothie because otherwise the flavor is way off
I honestly find that if I don’t have enough carbs with a meal, it doesn't matter how "healthy" it was - I'll be hungry sooner because my body has to burn more energy on less resources compared to if I just ate the carbs. I prefer to focus on 1 - is it tasty? 2 - does it have at least three food groups represented? 3 - is it physically enough to keep me full until my next meal/snack? As long as I can do that, I'm doing good.
My mom is a mix of both mainly the second one

These videos are so true...when I was in my early 20s I had a friend who was small and had very big ta ta's I was tall but kinda flat chested I had to struggle and fad diet and starve myself to stay at 180 lbs one night we were getting ready and she goes "I always wish I was as pretty as you" and I looked at her and said "i do the same I wish I was as small and big breasted as you without having to try so hard!" Ladies stop comparing yourselves u are beautiful 🤩

That “get some steps in to burn off what we ate” got to me. It reminds of all the times I wanted seconds growing up and my dad would make me run in the treadmill after. When I would get back to my moms for the summer I was scared to eat. One day as a treat mom said let’s go out to get ice cream as something fun I remember screaming no at the top of my lungs because I thought if I ate it I would have to run on the treadmill and skip breakfast and dinner to make up for it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my mom cry so hard in my life. My brother told my mom what my dad made me do when I went over there for the summer. I never went back again. I was 13, and even now at 30 I sometimes hate myself after eating sometimes.

Don't know why you're so negative about calorie counting? I mean that pie look delicious, I'd make sure to find some room in my caloriebudget for that.
That’s me, I eat like a pig and always wonder how other people have that much self control. It doesn’t help that I often hear that no one eats as much junk as I do because normal people eat healthy. And that last girl, that leaves before dessert so no one sees her binge - when there is candy at work I almost never touch it or have just a small bite so no one see how much I can devour. My slim-figured colleagues eat the majority the sweets and they are fine, and I go home and buy myself chips and chocolate to binge later. I know I should just „not buy any binge food” and also probably „go to the gym” or „jogging”. I hate the way I am, I hate that I don’t fit into normal clothes anymore, I wish I was a normally eating person.

PLEASE remember when you 1st start eating intuitively, THIS WILL BE YOU! And that is okay!! You have to push the limits to find them, so when you're happy munching that pack of oreos, use it as a chance to learn instead of bullying yourself.

Our parents would keep us at the table til we finished our meal, especially on Sundays when our dad was there for lunch. I hated onions and whenever we had a dish with onions visibly in it, he would let my mum watch me til I finish the plate. It was a stare down between the two of us till either one of us gave up, she’d feel upset and throw the rest in the toilet to really „show me“ how I wasted perfectly good food. If I gave up, I’d put it all in my mouth and then go to the toilet to spit it out. So either way, don’t force your kids to eat something they don’t want to eat. :)))
Apparently I would literally cry trying to eat it all and I was still forced to finish my plate 😅

I dont really stop eating till someone makes me. I cant really feel if I'm full or hungry so I either wont eat for a few days and someone will make me eat or I'll eat till I'm sick, someone stops me, or I get bored of the taste I have food problems

Its really sad that these people do suffer from ED but they view it as entirely normal
if i ever encounter one of these people and they use the cheat day like i will not hesitate to tell them “no most of us just don’t have an eating disorder”
Loved the video, thank you! I’m a really big fan of the PB&J bars and also the ABC bars at Trader Joe’s, I really recommend them the next time you decide to visit! The PB&J ones are, of course, peanut butter and jelly in oat bars, and the ABC ones are almond butter and cocoa which is suuuch a delicious combination. Really good cereal bars for whenever you’re on the go
