- Happy Turkey Day! In this video I’m taking you along with me for the day and showing all of my super type A organization tips/processes in this hosting thanksgiving dinner vlog. Even though I’m a dietitian I don’t try to “healthify” anything- I like the classics with all of the butter, sugar and cream.. And that’s okay! Living with no food rules allows me to find “balance” with that and not feel guilty.

So I only recently found your channel, and I'm loving the vlogs! I've been on and off diets for a long time, though I do have to credit my husband who helped me break the internalized guilt over food a long time ago, although it was still a while before I was able to break out of the diet cycle. A year ago, we moved to Europe, where he is from, and since then, I've really been focusing on learning to listen to my body. Speaking as someone who has been "big" all her life, it's been a major challenge even learning to "hear" the "I'm full / satisfied" feelling. Your videos have been particularly validating that I am on a much healthier path now.
You are AMAZING! Wow so inspiring!
I love the idea of more of these vlogs. Thanks for all you do. I have lost almost 60 pounds and I started watching you when I was at the 40-pound mark. Your content has helped me not restrict myself and stick to my plan. I can still eat pasta, not punish myself the next day and my clothes fit better every day. I really appreciate someone saying what needs to be said out loud. It has taken me so long to work on my relationship with food. Your videos continue to inspire me.
So glad you enjoy my videos and find them helpful!
I love these vlogs! I have yogurt on toast every single day for breakfast, with a drizzle of peanut butter on top and granola! Delicious!!
yum! That sounds so good!
I really liked this video. You cover so many different topics and scenarios on your vlogs that it makes everything so relatable. You've really been helping me! I also really love your "what I eat in a day" videos!
Thank you so much!!
I love your videos. You are the sweetest person and you give the greatest advice❤❤❤
Well aren't YOU just the sweetest person for saying that?!?!!?

Yay! Thank you❤
Yes! More vlogs would be great. Thank you for the content and realistic take on food. I've always struggled with weight and these are great reminders. I just had left over apple crisp, while watching this, and felt no guilt!
And the jumper is a keeper!
Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate it. So glad you enjoyed that apple crisp with no guilt! Remember, guilt is not an ingredient.😉
I love your videos! And i also love the wide collared zip up.. where did you find that?
I liked this video better than all your recent videos I can think of, since you mentioned it. It was a day in your life, and you were showing how food comes into play.

I love educated vlogs please continue making these. i just started following you and not sure if you answered this question before, but I have always dieted and always yoyo'd. I need to lose weight for health reason but tired of worrying about everything i eat and/or over or under eating. where should I start with intuitve eating?
Thank you for your feedback and for being here!!! I take a weight neutral approach to IE. Here is some info on how to get started, which also includes some info on Set Point Weight Theory. colleenchristensennutrition.com/what-is-intuitive-eating/
Wish your videos were more popular. Having no food rules are so important to have a healthy relationship with food.

You are the only person I have ever heard that is not into music or concerts besides myself! I will read or listen to a book but will rarely listen to music.
You are not alone, my friend!
Hello 🤗
I really need advice.
I want to learn how to listen to my body but I do want to lose a bit of weight because I am on the line of "Overweight" with a BIM of like 24.6 and I would like to be more in the middle with a BMI of around 20-23.
How do I learn to listen to my body and still be a (in terms of weight) more balanced person.
I do sports and have noticed that in my "lighter months" it's easier for me to push my limits and get better at them.
Hey! So glad you're interested in listening to your body- it's SO liberating! checkout this blog post on wanting to lose weight and not diet- I think you'll find it super helpful! colleenchristensennutrition.com/wanting-weight-loss-and-intuitive-eating/
