    “If your dream body is a nightmare to maintain, is it really your dream body?” Never has one sentence so drastically affected me. I’m recovering from an ED. tysm for doing wgat you’re doing

    I've really been enjoying your content lately, i just recently found you and you're such a breath of fresh air. I've wrestling with EDs for years and im just now trying to learn how to take care of my body both by being kinder to myself, and fueling it nutritionally.

    On the artificial sugar topic, I would for sure be stressed and have massive anxiety if I wanted Starbucks and they didn't have anything sugar free, but I was recently diagnosed as diabetic. I'm still learning what I can and can't eat and have been avoiding as much sugar as I can along with potatoes, rice, and pasta.

    The only downside to the holiday shaped Reese's is that they are not certified gluten free. So if you are celiac you can't have them. 😞

    Aspartame is an artificial sweetener that is bad FOR ME, verified by a 30 day halter monitor. It causes sinus tachycardia for me personally.

    I don't know wtf to do about insomnia. I take melatonin every night and still have sleepless times.
