    Allow me to introduce you to my latest obsession… BALSAMIC, PEAR + GOAT CHEESE FLATBREADS! My lanta these babies are TASTY! They feel like spring on a plate. Like something you’d order at a bougie restaurant while chatting with gal pals on the patio BUT…. you can be at home in sweatpants (HA!)
    In this video I’ll show ya how to make them and also lead you through a little meal time reflection. I’ve been working on the next feature for the app (Journaling!) so this has been top of mind for me lately.
    I hope this video gives you a new, delish food idea and some things to consider after eating a meal to help you make more intuitive, feel-good choices!

    I made this a couple days ago after watching the video ~ It.was.absolutely.DELISH!! I'm enjoying learning to eat with hunger cues and I've ditched the DIET scene as I've been dieting for 50 years. My last try was with Noom which worked well until covid hit in 2020. I lost 60 lbs (😁) and gained it all back (😖). 1200 calories, plus tracking, plus marital issues... I gave up and just emotional ate for 3 years. Now I watch Colleen and I feel there is hope for me yet.

    These “pizzas” on the app are out of this world! The crispness of the tortilla or flatbread and everything else all melted together after a few minutes in the oven. Ummm also, the sweet mixed in there is very satisfying! Thanks Colleen 💙

      I have more coming and actually thought "Do we have too many pizza/flatbreads in the app?".... The limit does not exist!!!!

      @@ColleenChristensen No, I don’t think it’s possible. They are quite scrumptious and filling. I can only eat two or three quarters, and hubby finishes rest. lol

    Looks good❤ I might try it and change it up and use hot honey in place of the balsamic glaze. But balsamic glaze is my favorite for salads!

    Hey Colleen, obviously I don’t know your private life or health at all and it really isn’t my place to comment on other’s bodies, but this comes from a place of concern when I ask if everything’s alright? Obviously don’t have to answer but I’m just worried possibly your ED or a health condition is causing issues because I notice overall you look gaunt and thinner than videos from a while back. Please look after yourself ❤

    Hello, please help me. I don't follow any diet and I eat the food I need, but after lunch I am not hungry even after 4 hours. Should I eat or not? I have been like this for some time, but I eat my dinner because I am afraid that if I eat less, I will eat more breakfast

      What time do you eat lunch? If it's late into the afternoon maybe move it back a bit earlier. Or you could wait until a little bit later that night.

    NEVER too much red onion! Looks delish. I've had expensive gourmet pizza with the same ingredients (except the chicken), topped with arugula. The balsamic glaze sends it over the top. I never thouht to make it on a flatbread, that may be on the menu Friday night!

    Where and when is your live stream happening? Also, is 1,200 calories a day enough for a woman who's 5'4" and 130 pounds? By the way, love your personality! You seem very down to earth. :)

      As a dietitant student I can tell you that unless you are bedridden you are probably undereating. Most likely you need about 1,600 to 1,800.

      Hey! I'm not sure what you mean about the livestream ❤ Typically, no this isn't enough. i don't recommend counting calories but rather learn how to listen to your bodies cues!

      Depending on your activity level, your maintenance calories are around 1600-1800, maybe 1900 if you exercise rather a lot.

      In that case I’ll estimate your maintenance at about 1800, but if you do want to count calories it MAY take a little experimenting to find the right number.

    i would love the app with this additional features and the digital reflection part. what stops me is the fact that a lot of the receipes are in cup measurements and not grams and ml, being european that is such a hazzle to translate...

    I love your videos but i need to lose weight and eating with out rules does not work for me.

      it absolutely can work if you learn HOW to eat intuitively. It's a process we have to learn, it's not just eating impulsively by what foods are your favorites. Especially if you've dieted before, you've likely ruined your ability to actually know and listen to your body's cues. Re condition your body to know how to eat intuitively and you'll be much better off vs dieting.

      It’s definitely possible! Something that I am working on myself! 😊 One helpful trick for me is focus on high volume but lower calorie dense foods with a good mix of carbs, proteins and fiber.

      It may not be working for you at this moment, but it takes time and energy to get used to any changes in our lives.
      Please remember that our mental, physical, emotional, and sexual health are ALL connected. So you have to encompass all of this into your life

      The only comment here is one that is out of concern for her. I’m not suggesting I know what her body needs, just that I’m worried because she physically has deteriorated from videos in the past. And it’s none of my business why or what is going on, I just wanted to let her know to look after herself

      @@MIA80073 I agree with you, and I also feel she owes it to her audience to be transparent about whether she consistently practices what she preaches as an advocate of intuitive eating. If she is progressively becoming underweight despite practicing intuitive eating, then intuitive eating doesn’t work.
