    I never understood the people who were trying to lose weight that would say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and eat a bunch of high calorie oats and or eggs/bacon…I agree with Brix on putting off carbs as long as possible, and using a fasting window to control calories.

    I lost my taste and smell 3 years ago. I just started taking it. I do not know WHY I didn't get the capsule. Even without taste it tastes nasty. I got a tip from someone. I didnt know I could handle it. I store my oil in the fridge first of all and shake a bit..Then I put the dropper underneath my tongue, and drink OJ or Gatorade etc while plugging my nose.... THAT is a lifesaver lol now I can do it no problem. Anyway, for those complaining and saying "OH it doesn't work" or any CZcams video that say it doesnt...Its a lie...flat out. There are over 600 studies that PROVE it in fact works. There are claims by individuals who say it works in ways beyond what has been study. Those are not what im refering to. Studies are performed on healthy/non healthy individuals. They are studied on Rats. They are studied through Cell Culture work. They are studied on those who specifically have x, y and z disease to test whether or not black seed oil reduces, relieves or completely reverses their issue. Results show it HAS. AND DOES. Secondly, there are various doses taken for different diseases/ ailments. In several of these studies, the amounts vary from 2 teaspoons a day- one in the am and one at night...to droppers of 500mg...To powder form at 1000mg... Also. Not all bodies are the same. One would think this is obvious. Its not. Some notice from the start while it takes weeks for others. Within the studies, the results were tested over a course of weeks to months. Lastly, many people use whatever brand and do NOT do the research to ensure they're not falling for companies who "claim" it is the real deal. Also. Anything from ETHIOPIA is best or Egypt. Also. You cannot be unrealistic when taking this and just state it "doesnt work" because you dont magically see a change. If someone is suffering from a fatty liver disease..That change is going to happen within. For those whos cholesterol went down..Id have never known it was up, muchless down had I not been tested!! If youre wanting to clear up acne, or have relief of gastrointestinal issues- those are things you can feel...All of it varies..You're not going to say "Ya well my cholesterol didn't go down I can't feel it" 😂😂😂 Be realistic man. The point is not only to feel good but to have longevity. It is tested ON HUMANS FOR HUMANS. SO. FOR THOSE WHO SAY "OH NO IT JUST doesn't work for me" THAT, is absolutely 100% untrue. It doesn't matter what is said. God created it. He created you. Its hard to get past all of the brain rot we hear and are wired to believe. However, when you apply logic in terms of how our body works and so on, why would it NOT make sense for these natural oils to work? Why would a man made medication work better for your natural body than an oil that is made as natural as your body. Again. EVERY dose varies for each person and each circumstance. After extensive research on that alone..as..We HAVE to have some gauge- I read that 100mg is a good place to start, while moving up to 500. Some take all the way up to the 1000's. If you feel nausea, headache etc you should start with less. Ie, one teaspoon after breakfast..then move to one in the morning and one at night. Do your own research. Just dont be ignorant.     Currently working out been going 2 months I’m down 20lbs. 80 more lbs to go. I’m going to put that 1 meal a day into use. Great Testament bro keep going

    bro I’ve been at the same weight for like 2 weeks now. What I did notice is that I have muscles on my arms now ( not noticeable but it’s there ) and that’s super important to me since I’m a chunky girl ☝🏽and also I sleep like sht and I’m always stressed
