    i been lurking around your content for a while and let me just tell you.. you are one of them ones bro! definitely needed this. just started my healthy journey AGAIN in January and everything you mentioned, I relate to. This time around, I've removed the guilt, celebrated the small and big wins but also just enjoyed the moment and also stop being so hard on myself. Now, I'm no where on your level with fitness but I relate to human behavior and we all can resonate with this message and I appreciate your transparency!     I started laughing at “I smoked weed and my son wanted a snack” I knew where this was headed.
    But like you said, we don’t add guilt or shame to it…we continue on. My therapist told me today the same thing you were saying…combat the negative with positive, release the negative. So this message was timely.

    My general rule is I can eat one guilt free meal a week and if I eat out again I make healthier choice like a burger with broccoli or salad
    Last week I ate like an asshole 4 days in a row I examined why I made those choices And it’s because Thursday it was my birthday, Friday I was emotional since it was the last day of my job of 3 years (I quit for my mental health the environment is toxic), Saturday was girls day out with my mom, and Sunday I went out with my parents and the excuse was it was time to go food shopping but I was procrastinating
    I felt some guilt but also understood it was an emotional time for me I acknowledge this is an everyday occurrence and I can get right back to it And I did continue to get my workout done, my steps in, and had water
