    I never understood the people who were trying to lose weight that would say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and eat a bunch of high calorie oats and or eggs/bacon…I agree with Brix on putting off carbs as long as possible, and using a fasting window to control calories.

      Breakfast works if you're not eating either until later in the day or it's your only meal

    My favorite breakfast that works for me currently is 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, and a serving of cottage cheese with oatmeal or potatoes High protein is key

    What I have learned you have to be consistent. Consistent and intentional on eating well. Low surgar, intermittent fasting. That’s all you need.
    But you have to be consistent, it becomes your lifestyle.

    I’m 314 pounds n I started eating only watermelon on June 18th today makes day 20 i now walk the track every other day I can tell I’m losing a lot of weight I haven’t said myself because I will keep focusing on the scale long as I know what I’m eating is making me lose weight

    Im coming but no thirst no homo I have plants three snake plants alone…..you have my support soon already subscribed healing from a stroke……building back up went from 270lbs to 205lbs tryin to get to 190lbs 185lbs I want to ask u about celtic salt and agave and honey to hear ur thoughts but I listen to you so just know them plants are bangin people sleep them but they are therapeutic for me thanks
