Today is day 1 for me, I actually got started today I’m 300lbs. didn’t really know what to do,but the key thing for me was to get the ball rolling
I was 303 myself, I’m 180 now what changed my life is me finding out my tdee.
The kitchen is where the real work happens. I did calories in versus calories out

I never understood the people who were trying to lose weight that would say “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and eat a bunch of high calorie oats and or eggs/bacon…I agree with Brix on putting off carbs as long as possible, and using a fasting window to control calories.
Breakfast works if you're not eating either until later in the day or it's your only meal

My favorite breakfast that works for me currently is 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, and a serving of cottage cheese with oatmeal or potatoes High protein is key
What I have learned you have to be consistent. Consistent and intentional on eating well. Low surgar, intermittent fasting. That’s all you need.
But you have to be consistent, it becomes your lifestyle.

I’m 314 pounds n I started eating only watermelon on June 18th today makes day 20 i now walk the track every other day I can tell I’m losing a lot of weight I haven’t said myself because I will keep focusing on the scale long as I know what I’m eating is making me lose weight
