Brix this had to be for me. Im going to listen to this once a day. I was told by someone to not work on my appearance and to get angry at what i saw in the mirror. That didnt feel right to me when i heard it because i already struggled with fewling low and depression. The other day my son took a video of me and it made me want to cry. I stayed in my home all day after that because i didnt want to be seen anymore. I thank you soooo much for this video ❤
