    Just subscribed! I'm 320 lbs. and really need to get back into my old self again. I'm tired of feeling hurt and full of medication. Although I have incorporated 2-mile walks into my routine at least 3 days a week, I've got to rest my brain and need help doing it.

    A year ago I was 230 lbs, I’m 6’6”. I’m around 240 now and getting back to the grind. Don’t wanna go back to 280 before I lost weight the first and I can feel it happening. Fuck that not again đŸ’ȘđŸ»
