    No I can't do stuff need knee replacement both, need spine surgeries, nerve damage upper and lower extremeties , 360 pounds currently, left rotor tear , hands go knum also both wrists carpal tunnel . Can't afford proper food disability check doesn't go far enough, pte -diabetes, left broken foot / ankle 15 months still swollen and painful, doctor doesn't know why. In my 20s I lifted weight so I know how to put in the work now 57

      Set a higher standard for yourself bud its going to suck bad but you can do it anyone can !!!

      Look, it seems like a really tough situation, but in the list of problems you gave there's not a single one that prevents you from counting your macros and eating less. Best of luck to you, but you can't blame lack of mobility for stuffing yourself with food every day. If you can't burn it, don't eat it.

    Thanks for this, this is my first time understanding macros. Now the problem is what if you’re starting at 300 pounds 😭 is 230 grams of protein safe to consume?

      Yes. Start your first meal with protein and fat. No sugar options. You will notice it helps tremendously. Have a light carb lunch with protein. Then a protein and fat dinner. For example I'll have frozen blueberries with low carbon yogurt blended. Alongside salmon x2 pieces and red onions.

    I know he said no excuses but damn bro I got kids I barely have enough In me to resist the food I give them when I’m trying to eat clean and do my workouts I try to keep a rough count in my head tho
