I read how to eat to live and started eating 1 meal per day. I went from 240 to 200 in 1 month, a month later I was at 190. I stabilized at 196-190 for 2 months then dropped to 183, I was stable at 183-189 for 3 months. Now Im at 177, my new goal is 165, I have a workout routine but its all diet. I recommend 1 meal per day between 4-6 pm, I worked out for 10 years and at my highest was 350, eating one meal per day has changed my life, when I look at myself in the mirror in the mornings I curse at how good I look LOL.... Im never going back, its easy now, I eat whatever I want between 4-6pm, coffee for breakfast tea after 8pm

@@etherealzae676 I try to eat everything cooked at home but we eat everything, and I eat desert just about every night. When I first started i use to cheat with m&m minis and reces, but as time went on my body adjusted to the one meal per day. Think about this it takes 24hrs to digest 1meal, if you eat 3 times per day your body will never catch up, instead of fighting disease its digesting... I take a number 2 the same number of times now as I did when I was eating 3 times per day.

That's a HUGE WIN!! Starting weightlifting is a great move and can really enhance your results, even if the scale doesn't drop as quickly as you expected. Muscle gain might offset weight loss on the scale but improves your overall body composition and metabolism. Keep up with your exercise routine and mindful eating, and you'll reach your goal. 💪🏾 If you’re looking for additional support or personalized advice, our group coaching program could help you stay on track. I don't disagree with any of this. However, youth plays a part ina more efficient metabolism. Now, if your 40+ and still killing it. Thats who I'm taking the advice from. Young trainers suggesting how to lose fat as like car detailers who only detail new cars. The true test of a car detailer is how close to New can he bring back an old car in a 40 plus year old trainer who is still lean, can more effectively tell you how to stay lean. If this guy still getting it in and looking practically the same at 50 years old. Okay, he's the guy to listen to.

You can lose weight eating a normal diet. Your body naturally burns 1300 to 2000 cals a day so if you are like me you choose to eat foods that are filling I try to eat 1,000 cals a day that’s 2 pounds a week and if your bigger it only increases the caleried the body naturally burn when I was super big I lost 50 pounds in like 6 months doing this I then gained it all back and then some I realized I have to love my self and value my health more than the remarks others make about my weight and another thing is get a good doctor I made my Change when I got a doctor that did not suger coat stuff most doctors today are scared to get sued for being mean to a patient my doctor said to me you are young now your weight is not effecting you but when you get around 30 35 you will have severe problems I appreciated a doctor saying this to me and not saying just eat better he talked to me like a concerned relative he kept it real he did not sugarcoat anything he made sure I understood the severity of my problem
