Great video Brix, love your channel! Ive been weighing and tracking all my food for a consecutive 114 days so far using the Lose It app - its def been very helpful to learn. I keep all the data and macros in a spread sheet - and im now seeing that in my macro breakdown - my fat percentage is often in the 40-45% range, my protein in the 20-25% range - A majority of my food is coming from real, non processed food - i trie to keep carbs in the 150-200g range.
Im losing weight, but ive been struggling often with having enough energy during my workouts. Im not sure how much of it is mental, or now im thinking, maybe partly due to my macros

200 pounds to lose , lol im just trying to get protein in so i stop eating as much and lower my calories, and aim for at least 7k steps a day
what should you do if you are pre diabetic and want to lower your Carb intake? How would you calculate that?
