      We've all been there. Use it. Don't subject yourself to that self-loathing misery any more. See minor slips as just that instead of failures. Get back up, shake it off and keep going. I'm 23 pounds down and 16 to go. I'm doing it this this time. You can too. Choose it.

    Back in 2020 I was 16 and 230lbs, you was my top 5 yt dudes that I looked up to. In 2022 I was 160lbs shredded asf and had a beach body. Now in 2024 I went on a powerlifting journey an got to 245lbs. Now it's time to lose 65lbs, it's good to come across this video, nostalgic

    I'm been trying to lose weight for 6 years and I'm the highest weight I ever been 292 lbs I'm at a loss but im gonna not give up I keep pushing

    After losing nearly 100 pounds, I hurt my knee and slowly gained it all back (eating the same way that lost me the weight). I've been a lifelong athlete and spent more time in the gym than many pro athletes. I'm done - life is a joke.

    Hello,
    I hope you are well. I saw your CZcams channel. Your channel Content useful people help do i. Your channel and video content are very good. Also, the thumbnail design is very attractive.
    But here are some problems:
    1. SEO score is very low
    2. No title - description - tags are SEO friendly
    3. Not sharing on social media platforms and your CZcams channel is a lot of trouble.
    As a result views, likes and subscribers are not increasing.
    Benefits of 100% SEO Score:
    1/ Views will increase
    2/ Likes will increase
    3/ Customers will increase
    4/ Viewing time will increase
    5/ Business will increase
    6/ Audience will increase.
    7/ Sales will increase.
    So, if you want your channel to increase subscribers, views, likes and comments with proper video SEO, Google ads and monetization. It will be your right decision.
