    I lost a lot of weight bro I went from 360 to 250 went back to 340 after my son but I’m currently working my way back down. I’m at 3:20 right now! always been very inspirational brother. Keep it up.

    Def understanding what works for you and what doesn’t is key 🔑 especially with food…I’m realizing I can eat, i just can’t eat fast food like that if I’m trying to lose weight…from 295 in January to 253 rn….😔 I feel better…i sleep better and i have more energy for my kids…thanks for all you do brix….ive learned so much from you.🎉

    Needed this. Literally in my gym clothes rn about to leave. I gained my weight back and it’s been so hard this second time. Especially trying to be motivated. I notice I’m hungry all the time which is something I never felt before when I was cutting calories.

    I have a question
    Current Weight 218 kilograms
    Target weight 85 kilograms
    My diet i am cosuming 2200-3000 calories a day vegeterian
    I am doing these exercises 3 days a week
    Barebell Bench press 4 sets
    Shoulder preess 4 sets
    Deadlifts 3-4 sets
    Seated rows 3-4 sets
    Leg press 4 sets
    I am going gym alternately
    So is this schedule is perfec for me for fast weight loss or do i need some more or any other thing to maje it more better, please suggest me sir, thank you 🙏
