    I have a Dart block 427, AFR 205, Trick Flow Stage 3 cam, Sniper Stealth on a Vic Jr, forged rotating assy (internally balanced), T&D shaft rockers, 500 RWHP/Tremec Magnum XL in my 2012... Hydraulic roller, but sweep chop. I live in San Antonio, come on by. :)

    Very nice pick me up Alex! I bought catted Ultimate Headers for my 2019 Bullitt after seeing the video, where you imstalled them on your 2019 GT. Unfortunately, the cats blew out during a nitrous pass at the drag strip. That being said, the headers themselves have treated me very well, but the cats seem to be delicate. I recently ran across another person, who experienced an Ultimate Headers cat failure. See videos of the carnage on my YT page.

    Soot doesn't plug DPF we can regen that all day. It's ash from oil and part of bio-fuel that plugs DPF filter. Strange right bio-fuel fuel doesn't completely burn yet they put it in diesel fuel. But we injector fuel to have chemical reaction to make heat for regen. Before EGR, DPF, SCR we were around avg 6.5 to 7.5 mpg and then EGR came in chopped 2 mpg off of that. Makes GREAT sense we're cleaner but using far more fuel. Then DPF came in didn't improve fuel mileage but added weight to the truck. Last thing was SCR that started in 2010 which injecting too much DEF in will cause NOX. We have PM sensor too bit thats just another sensor. Fuel mileage is now back to where was before all of this OH BOY. I got this from Cummins on test engines with no emissions using current VGT turbo and common rail fuel system easy 9+ mpg easy. Only thing that DEF or UREA did was to make engine use far less EGR which did bring fuel milage up some. Common rail fuel system gave us better burn and use of multiple injections to keep cyl pressure up but not make high temps that produce NOX. This helped with fuel mileage too. New thing that just started putting 48volt generator in between engine and transmission that will keep DPF/SCR hot. Now they mandated new trucks cannot use APU's because they have no emissions on that 2 cyl diesel engine. Also putting another DEF doser in before DPF/SCR along with one just before SCR. We get ash build from drivers who idle all night long. You need to idle engine up to at least 1000 to 1200 RPM to keep engine hot and not use oil. But some companys limit how far you set engine rpm in PTO mode or none at all. Why because it burns more fuel. There is no perfect solution wish there was. Stick their EV mandate up their rear too its just another joke system. They are looking at shop to make EV certified but we have no trucks in are area. Looking at me to be part of it. Looking at 600 volt and plus from batteries and unlimited amps. We become line men who work on power lines with all of PE safety equipment you must wear. I already told if I'm going to work on them my pay will be doubled. Risk of your life being loss working on EV. You have to have another guy there watching with long fiberglass rod to put you off vehicle in case something goes wrong not a joke already have it on hand

    Hey brother, I got a cheap easy solution, Go to auto zone and snag you a set of 05-09 v6 mustang brakes. They look stock still stop well and you can fit a 15 inch wheel up front. Not to mention it shaves 10-15 pounds of weight

    The 6.0 powerstroke like the 7.3 before it was used in thousands of EMS vehicles. The EGR caused a ton of issues on the 6.0. Putting soot back in the oil at a higher rate causing no starts, rough running and sometimes would shut down the truck, never mind rupturing and leaking coolant into the cylinders, as well as other issues. If I’m not mistaken Ford and International/Navistar had to deal with class action lawsuits. This is what led to ford making the 6.7. I’m sure people died on more than one occasion due to an emission related issue causing the truck to shut down. Imagine explaining that to a family 😬

    Wish I could’ve chimed in on the Z06 vs GT500 debate during the live. A lot of variables but ported factory blower/SBE, all the bolts bolted on, I think they’d perform similarly. A built 416 isn’t necessary, stock LT4s are good for 4 digits. The Z06 will need a cam and either meth or a fuel system to take advantage of a ported 1.7. Not sure what the GT500 would need for fuel delivery but definitely simpler.

      the 500 is just a better platform. the only reason the z06 may compete is cause they are literally made of plastic, weight is the only advantage they have. Zl1s and CTSVs get bullied by 500s and they also have the lt4, which proves which motor is better. lt4 is actually better than people think the motor itself, it’s just held back by many things: small blower, fueling, cooling etc

    Hi Alex, I have big trouble finding a shop to work on my '13 Mustang GT in Germany so I decided to figure it out myself. Is a MAF frequency of arround 2000 Hz at idle (650-670rpm) for an all stock gen 1 Coyote correct?

    Sounds like your tires suck. My best 60 1.87, but 1.9-2.0 common. 50 lb front street tire, 24 lb hoosier slicks at track, 275x40x18 Mickey SS on street.

    I run strange 4pot brakes on all 4 corners and have stopped from 150mph multiple times without a chute with 1000s of street miles. Never had any issue with stopping or brake fade. Multiple hard braking events back to back to back would yield some fade but if you’re needing to get on the brakes like that street driving you’re being an idiot. 3700lb gt500 pulling a 4’x8’ raceweek trailer loaded down. Also still retain the factory booster and ABS. FYI. No parking brake though that’s the parachute handle. Just food for thought man.

    I absolutely love the 14" brembos on my 14 track pack gt. I will never understand why anyone would want to essentially run a 4 wheeler disc brake on a 3500+lb car they drive on the street. 🤷 Great video brother! Always love the gen1 Donnie content.

    Only downside to having the Brembos is you have to be careful about what wheels you buy. I'd love to put some on both my 05 Coyote swap and my 2012 GT eventually. I'll probably do it when it comes time for new brakes. I'm thinking if my 88 Firebird ends up with any transmission problems, I'll probably put a TH400 in it. I have so many projects, that I'm surprised I'm slowly going bald and turning into a buff Puerto Rican guy.

    My 17 inch belaks didn’t fit my base s550 brakes I had to do some shaving and add a 1/4 spacer to clear. I eventually switched to tbm XS3 brakes they’re the most street friendly drag brake option currently available. The install was kind of a pita though, since you have to grind the knuckles.

    The harbor freight transmission jack is the SHIZ for ppl who work on their own shiz at home. I use it for tons of stuff. Works great for the trans and for dropping/installing gas tanks etc.
