It amazes me people don't run proper fuel. I run 93e0 the mpg I gain offsets the cost difference. My mustang gets the same. Idk why people pay no attention to fuel.

@@midnight347 I’d say stock for stock on stock tune the 10r is funner and faster 🤙🏻 I have a raptor with the 6r and a coyote truck with the 10r. Both are good. Equal downsides to both, purely racing or drag go with the 6r. That being said I’ve had both do fuckey things on me under stock conditions

My v3 drives like a v6 on 87 and sounds like a taurus Taurus. I have have to use

I watched the interview with you on the street alpha podcast. I sat through the whole thing man, and actually listened to the whole thing. You really know your shit, I loved your insight on the boss 302 edition coyote, predator vs voodoo, complexity of the trinity motor, & never heard of the saleen s351 until you mentioned it, & what a sick car, kind of a predecessor to the terminator! No mention of the 5.0 cammer predecessor to the coyote though! Did you know in Australia, they had a factory supercharged coyote called the "Miami", & it had a Harrop Australian-built supercharger from factory, & and it went in the 2010 - 2016 Ford Falcon XR8. Severely under-rated at 449hp... Anyways, subbed to your shit man I could hear you talk for hours on mod motors lol. It's so sad to hear what tremec is doing to their transmissions & the gen 4 coyote sounds a bit disappointing... hope ford can sort their shit out

There is latency it's not instant
I think that the GM and the Chrysler have a sensor that is telling them current octane fuel, coyote gotta rely on a spark sensors, learned from you

i learned first day i bought my 2014 gt that 87 wasnt happy i put 93 in it and the labor knock went away just like that! i wont run nothing else but 93 in my 14 gt even though it just has mbrp axle back and JLT cai gas makes a huge difference

You'd be surprised how many idiots do this man. I'd never do it ever ever ever. Lots of people do. Blows me away. Pay 10k more for the performance model but can't afford 93 octane lol. Its only ok if you never got wide open and redline. Even then I don't like it but honestly if you're never gonna get on it why even have a car like this? I don't get it.
Go on the mustang subreddit, or any social media for the matter, and you'll see how many people advocate for 87 cause the manual says you can 😂
A great experiment you could run is comparing a stock airbox flat K&N air filter to a new paper air filter to show how dramatically the K&N will alter fuel trims. I did it my car and the difference is 6-15%.
My other car has a flex sensor. I can watch the ethanol content change after a fill up in 1 mile, fully mixed in 2 miles.
Should sell gt500 and put a VMP 3.0 on this car.
They don't make those for the older models. That is only for 24 up cars because they have no tuning everyone is forced to go through Whipple. These cars have awesome tvs blowers available no reason to go with a whipple.
