Only Judge Middleton could drop “pink elephant in the room” and get away with it. Like it’s a great line, no doubt, but saying it to the guy’s face and knowing that he is being perfectly understood as mocking the delusion itself to lighten the mood rather than making light of the fact that the defendant is mentally ill is all down to him being a legend. He all but straight up says “I don’t think you’re crazy friend but you do have some full blown delusions and if we don’t get you help you’re gonna end up doing way more time than just the few weeks while we sort this out.”

Judge Simpson’s compassion brought me to tears. He was absolutely wonderful with this gentleman. Judge Simpson is a gentleman and a scholar…..and a great jurist! We need more like him.

Judge arsey because it's not a case she's able to blast through. I appreciate the defense attorney seems a little behind but she's got some good points. One minute the judge is saying certain files are legal and can't be copied etc but she's forcing CZcams coverage despite request to switch it off. He's more than likely a creep. However, this sets a bad precedent. Other than Simpson, these USA judges on CZcams are getting off on the following for sure.

When I joined AA, I was told to attend 3 meetings a day. Nobody worth their salt would recommend 1 meeting a day for this extremely addicted individual. Seems like a nice guy who has turned a nice life over to alcohol.
