Really? It's very questionable if what he was doing was immoral at all. Based on the fact that he wasn't charged with DUI, and on his testimony, it's safe to say he was sober while driving. He was almost certainly transporting a partial bottle of rum & his weed for his own consumption later. There is nothing wrong with that on its own. It's actually quite unfortunate and sad that he was jailed for this, bail set at $1500, and then unable to post bond, all at 21 years old!!! He didn't deserve that -- he put absolutely nobody in danger or harmed anyone.

Hopefully someone who subscribes to this channel is in that region and can give this kid a hand up, especially considering the frequent fliers we see in a lot of courtrooms who have long records get released on their promise to appear (and often have multiple warrants for failing to do that) often will walk from cases like this.
