WTH is it with all these dismissed cases? The system is so broken it’s not funny. Teacher?????? Noooooooo way Why aren’t any of these able bodied working full time? And the disability claims? Total BS. 2200 a month from disability? So sick of it. And we’re all paying for these “adults.”
Wow...Ive been denied disability 2 times with an incurable Neurological disease and Ive had 2 brain surgeries and 17 all together. I will never understand how some people get on disability for anxiety or other simple issues
I suffer from anxiety and it’s not a simple issue. There are days that I’m afraid of walking from my bed to the bathroom. If I drive away from the house I end up having to go back and ensure I locked the front door. This drive made me late to work so often I lost my job. I’ve been in countless meds and they all screw me up one way or another worse than the anxiety. Mostly they make me very sleepy and it’s dangerous to drive. Going to the gas station for a coke or pack of gum is a challenge for me right now is a challenge. I’ll go for weeks on end without issues, but then something will flip in my brain and I’ll be back to checking if my front door is locked when I wake up for no reason in the middle of the night. Then the vicious circle starts again. I also suffer from PTSD from severe long term, severe SA when I was a child. I went through years of counseling, and have mostly learned to deal with the after effects. Ever heard of hyper-alertness? It really sucks. I can’t concentrate on what’s going on in front of me too well because too much of my attention is focused on what’s going on around me. Makes me a great driver when I can drive because I’m an awesome defensive driver, and I NOTICE when people are acting strange around me (I’ve helped stores catch over a dozen shop-lifters), but it’s not too conducive to desk type work when my attention keeps shifting to conversations going on around me (I’m NOT nosy, I just learned young to listen for signs a certain someone was switching his focus from whatever he was doing back to ME - never a good thing. Every sound wakes me up at night unless it’s a natural sound of my house I’ve become accustomed to (furnace, A/C, fridge, etc). So my sleep sucks and I’m frequently tired beyond what the anxiety meds do. I also suffer from depression which which adds its own raft of problems to the mix, especially when it comes to crappy insurance that prevents me from being able to see a psychiatrist for proper med checks on a regular basis. Speaking of meds, thank god mental health, specifically psychiatry, is the only bad thing about my insurance as I take about 12 meds per day. Regarding physical complaints I have a degenerative joint disease that started attacking my knees when I was about 17. I’ve had them both replaced years ago and will probably have to do so again soon as the tech is so much better now. They’ll probably do my hips now now too. I’ve had 3 cervical disks replaced and need at least one more, but am hesitant on that as I don’t wasn’t to lose any more flexibility in my neck. Pressure on the nerves extruding in the cervical vertebrae area cause extreme nerve pain in my lower extremities, especially my hands. Just for fun I also suffer from Essential Tremors (the most mis-named disease on the planet as these is absolutely NOTHING essential about them at all in my opinion lol) which, at their worst make my hands shake so much I can’t feed myself. When my head gets going good I can’t wear my graduated bifocals as my head shakes and bobs so fast my eyes can’t keep their center of focus one place long enough for me to see anything and I end up feeling sea-sick. EVERY ONE of these has a written diagnosis, and, by itself, could be considered a simple diagnoses compared to your problem. One of these days I’ll probably go for disability. Haven’t done it yet as we live well on my spouse’s military retirement and social security. I’ll probably have to when she passes as the military still refuses to acknowledge our perfectly legal marriage and I won’t be receiving her military benefits when she passes. Hell I won’t even be eligible for that or her Social Security if Trump wins the next election even though we’ve been married since 2008. TBH there are many, many days I’d gladly trade you a purely physical illness (even though fatal - ain’t none of us going to make it out of this alive and not much joy left in my life, pretty much stuck in my house) to having a mind that’s tearing itself apart. I KNOW that damn door is locked, I KNOW my anxiety and depression and PTSD are all “in my mind” - I can certainly feel them there, I recognize what they are doing to me, but I still walk upstairs to check the door lock at least once a night, then cry myself to sleep because the fact that I couldn’t stop myself feeding into the depression (and it’s time for a cyclic med change there when I can afford the dr visit) and if I fall asleep there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll wake up from a damn flashback nightmare even after 8 years of counseling. But at least I’m no longer afraid to drive near semis on the highway - my abuser was my OTR truck driver brother 20 years older than I was. So the counseling did help a LOT. So, when I claim to “simply” have anxiety and depression I usually leave it there as the whole story takes a bit of telling as you can see. And if in front of a judge, on YT that’s probably about all I’d say and then let my lawyer notify the prosecution and judge of all the gory details later. After all, my medical history is technically protected unless I choose to pour it all out as I did here
Wow, i get 350 quid a month disability, wish we got anywhere near that amount and he is standing tall, i cant stand still like that i will be collapsed on the floor, i have nerve damage to the right of my spine, disk degeneration in L 3, 4 and 5 and waiting for a new knee, and ptsd and depresion and stil, only get 350 a month disability
Actually not true. It took me 3.5 years to get approved after getting denied and I paid into the system for 45 years. Worked as a nurse and lifting heavy patients destroyed my spine. I have a degenerative condition that has become much worse. I was told by my neurosurgeon 20 years ago to go on disability because of my spinal condition. I opted to try treatments to control pain and to keep working. The rules have tightened up except for mental health. If I had to do it over again, I would claim mental illness. Seems like they get subsidized housing and lots of help on disability.
What medical doctor signed off on this disability? Seriously? Everything he stated he had CAN BE TREATED. Therefore, he doesn't require so much disability. The State of Texas should begin doing audits on these disability claims. As well as those who sign off on them.
Sigh. Pancreatitis. Will continue to get worse and will never get better or go away. It's a permanent condition and can be very painful. Add everything on top? Misery.
2,200 dollars per month!! No wonder people in public housing are driving new vehicles while I’m busting my ass painting these same apartments driving the crappiest looking vehicle in the parking lot!! I’m paying for their housing, their vehicles, their food, and their dope!! That ticks me off!!!
Irritating as heck. I worked forty odd years until I just couldn’t physically anymore. SS put me on disability right away after my evaluation. Since “aged out” to regular SS and get about $1,800. Unbelievable that someone gets $400 more because they got depressed.
Studying be a teacher with that temper. She’s dangerous and shouldn’t be anywhere near any children. Like to see less threats from the judge and more action. Been watching him quite a while. A tad too permissive
It is estimated that most people commit three felonies a day. There's even a book about it, conveniently called Three Felonies A Day by Harvey Silverglate. Another book called How To Become A Federal Criminal describes ways you can become a federal criminal, such as clogging a toilet in a national forest. You're probably a felon yourself. Are you sure you want to make that a requirement?
@@carmp3fan Am I sure that I think convicted felons shouldn't be allowed to be president? Yeah definitely 👌 The majority of Americans have no business being in control of a car, let alone the country.

how strange to see a judge with time management skills.

Can't get disability because I have assets be POOR😢
Everybody is applying for disability and getting it! It's starting to piss me off.

I agree my friend. The system is broke!!

People with felonies can't vote in most states, but they can be president?? Sounds like it's time for some changes.
Political Witch Hunt. Georgia DA and Manhattan DA met Biden at the WH and got their marching orders to hold Kangaroo courts. Right before election. If you don’t see it it’s pretty sad. Star witness a bimbo and convicted liar. Yeah shit needs to change.
$2200 a month?! That guy was able to convince the goverment that he deserves a big fat disability check. Wow, he's smooth. 😲

We should all apply for disability, because apparently anyone can get it. 😳
