People think because the Court says you're ok now, we're not holding your license, or you're cleared of whatever charge, you've paid whatever tickets - they think that they're good to go. They still have to go the step of going to the DMV (or whatever it's called in the States) to have their license reinstated. Then, even though they've been told to do that, they're shocked when they get pulled over again.

In 2020 another judge voided that and restored his DL. however our guy didn't go to the DMV and get a new DL and the 2020 judgement was never passed on to the state. Which is why he was ticketed in the first place, and then we all saw what happened next.

In Michigan everytime your licenses is suspended you have to pay the reinstatement fee to the Secretary of State. He didn't do that. He knew his licenses was still suspended he just got that ticket. He just got busted.

btw, going to the media telling you did nothing wrong, isn't good for you......You have a right to keep silent, just do it...(especially if you are stupid enough to drive with a suspended/Expired licence while in court)
