I sure hope she gets things handled and she truly gets her life on track. She seems very nice. Judge Middlton is not my favorite judge because I think he is to soft on defendants. But I do hope he is lenient on this woman. Now I'll be singing it wasn't me all night... what a great throwback memory.
You know, I actually like her and appreciate her demeanor and her willingness to accept full responsibility and I genuinely believe everything she was saying. She also seemed to be turning her life around. I hope they get this taken care of and she keeps going up and ip and up! I think the judge made a good call amd this whole interaction was wonderful and a breath of fresh air!
She can't follow the minimum of society's rules. Claims she can't comply with probation because she doesn't have a car, but repeatedly gets popped for driving without a license.

Having an open container of booze in the car, along with your children, that's not "doing good." ......It may be "doing better" than you have in the past, but I'm afraid the defendant is still not on the correct side of the line. It could also mean, doing better than the people I have in my life or know. And it could mean that for the last 8 days, she hasn't committed any (what she may believe) major illegal acts.....her being arrested yesterday is obviously not part of the "doing good."
Bet 1$ that the reason she didn’t get arrested during stop’s was she had a flock of kids with her .It’s interesting the truancy case😮adult charged with Truancy 😂
She said outright... She had an eye infection and diabetes makes it harder to stave off infections so it spread. Never heard of infections spreading? I got a UTI and got a brain infection from it so bad I was an hour from death when I made it to the ER. It happens.
I like Judge Middleton as a person but would NEVER vote for him. He cares nothing for us law abiding citizens but goes out of his way to pamper criminals. (ex: self checkout makes life easier for thousands of people who no longer wait in line for long periods but he says it is "too tempting" for thieves!) Regardless of charge, he seldom jails anyone. If these criminals spent 90 days in jail each offense maybe they would stop criminal activity! DUI, theft, violence, he lets them off with a slap on the wrist which encourages them to continue to break the law.
