They won’t take her once they find evidence of a record like that. Even if they did, she will be on very strict reporting guidelines to the board which I highly doubt she will be able to do.
I don't think she'll be accepted if the school finds out she has a crime... especially related to substance abuse. Or even if she does she may not be able to get licensed by her state as a nurse. One of best friends is a nurse and it is VERY competitive and TOUGH and this little girl isn't even able to follow simple instructions... there's NOOO WAAAY she'll be able to make it through nursing school! I'm VERY surprised she's even been accepted into a nursing school program. Is she actually starting NURSING SCHOOL or an UNDERGRADUATE program in COLLEGE? Does anyone know??
Yea... look who is taking care of us nowadays. I don't believe any nursing board in the U.S. will issue a nursing license with a conviction, including jail time.
She is flaky and will never finish nursing school. She won't finish probation either. She has gotten away with this trembly voice and manner for years to avoid responsibility. It almost didn't work on Judge Simpson, but he knows she will be back.
This one is a long time liar. She has never had consequences and because of her size and whiny voice she has been allowed to get away with all manner of misbehavior. Judge is very much aware. NO to being a nurse!
agreed. can't you imagine her doing that in high school? the teacher asks why she hasn't turned in her final essay yet, and she's like, "ummm, i didn't know we had to." it probably worked in her favor back then, on account of her being a child, but that's not going to fly in court and it's definitely not going to fly when she's caring for patients. "ummm, i didn't know we had to write down his vitals. i just thought we had to make sure he wasn't coding."
@zubetp OMG you nailed it! I can sooo picture her saying that about a patient's vitals! For the people in the place she now works and any patients of any medical facilities she might work at if she gets through nursing school, I pray she does NOT make it through nursing school!
I was frustrated Judge Simpson gave her probation even after all the doubts & questions. Even if she violate it she'll still get 10 more chances. I doubt she will ever "get it".
As a 70 year old southern lady who has had 1 traffic ticket in my life, I get so fed up with people who seem to know how to work the system and get a slap on the wrist.
Heaven help us, she thinks she's going to be a nurse! The good news is that if it's a program to become an RN (Registered Nurse), she'll never make it. It's a lot of work and it's not easy. I have no experience with education for an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), except to know that it's a one year program and far less extensive and intensive. (LPNs work under supervision of RNs) But I still have my doubts as to whether she'll be able to complete the program. It's still a difficult program considering the knowledge that must be crammed into a short period of time. It's worrisome to think of her in a position of holding the health and even lives of vulnerable people in her hands with the poor judgment she continues to exhibit. Yikes!
I didn't know sir, I was confused.. the tether malfunctioned, my previous lawyer didn't advise me right, it was supposed to be 12 pages but the printer made 23 pages.. it's everyone's fault but mine your honor. *pouty lip. I'm just a dumb girl 🥺 what does evicted mean?? Her parents created a sociopath
11:04 That face .... that is NOT a good face 😮 Don't ever make Judge Simpson make THAT face! 😬 12:16 Uh oh ... there's another one. 😮 16:29 And now we get the smile. Girl ... you do NOT want him to smile at you that way. 😂 20:27 Now we got eye contact 👁👁. Zowie!
Probation? Seriously? She shows up LATE for court, does not fulfill her obligations for probation, and she seems very forgetful. She seems like she would be the kind of woman who would forget her child in the car, and she will never make it through nursing school. So, instead of learning a lesson, the hard way, she gets a slap on the wrist and gets probation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! 🤬
What a fricking mess, this girl’s future is in the toilet, and she has a kid that she’ll take down with her. Girl thinks she can just give a smile and wink and everything will work out. The world is becoming overwhelmed with this kind of BS.
In Wisconsin, the State requires that passing a course in organic chemistry is one of the BSN course requirements for graduation and state licensure; if Michigan also requires that course, this little entitled airhead hasn’t got a hope in Hades of passing it. Or any chemistry course, for that matter.
She has that option. More people should know that. She chose the best option for her though. One on one, no bullshit. She got a great deal, considering.
Little lady you just got another huge gift ! Probation and you need to value that follow that to the t! You need to step up and do everything the judge says because your apologizing has been all used up today !
It would be nice to know what crime this person committed and what her bond violations are. There's literally NO information on this case... unless I've missed something?
May we please get these folks out of our medical care?
She was drunk and disorderly and believes the rules don't apply to her.
"Mr Allen."
OMG.. nursing school? She can't even follow simple instructions, correctly fill out a form, or maintain compression during a conversation

She isn't going to make it through probation much less nursing school!
@@mariek8578 True!
She says it was an accident, nooooo what she does is a choice. I pray the nursing program re-evaluates her.
She’s going to be in jail. She’s been coddled all her life.
Breaks my heart. She's so young.
@@colonelingus5793 It's a shame but I can't say my heart's broken for HER... but it is for her child. That poor little boy.
One of the most irresponsible people in court is gonna be a nurse. Ummmmm MALPRACTICE SUITS PENDING SOON???

She is flaky and will never finish nursing school. She won't finish probation either. She has gotten away with this trembly voice and manner for years to avoid responsibility. It almost didn't work on Judge Simpson, but he knows she will be back.
On the very remote chance she actually makes it through nursing school, I wouldn’t want to be treated anywhere that hires her.
Uh oh, Mr. Allen. How can she be taking good care of a toddler? She seems like someone who would “forget” him in the car.
Everything wrong that happened to her was some else’s fault. Her only fault was not understanding, because other people did not explain adequately.
I am with the judge. Something just doesn't feel right.
She's got an excuse for everything, but they boil down to "Everybody else is lying for no reason."

Really a judge with heart 💜 he truly is but he also knows what tuff love is !
"If I am being honest"
...girl you better be honest!
Never trust someone who likes to preface with that or "honestly,".
I cannot BEEELIEVE the judge gave her probation!!! This little girl couldn't evenshow up to that hearing on time! SMH.
I was frustrated Judge Simpson gave her probation even after all the doubts & questions. Even if she violate it she'll still get 10 more chances. I doubt she will ever "get it".
Did anyone ever think he was actually going to do jail time for her? Of course not...
This woman needs some jail time...PERIOD!!
She's going to be back. It's in her power to never be in front of the judge again but I get the feeling she's going to be back.

I have never wanted someone to go to jail so bad..
I would not have beaten around the bush that long... I would have sent her to jail early in the session.
Judge Simpson...you have to give her the time. She's a grown ass woman..drunk driving!

She is all about that lie detector test. 🤣

What is a "tether" and "sober link"?
devices to monitor whether someone is drinking

Oh God me too!
Sounds like maybe she moved into an apartment by herself and signed up for schooling just to make the judge have sympathy and not give her jail time.
