And herein lies the problem. On probation, already been convicted prior, and carrying an ILLEGAL firearm. Facing maximum of up to ONE YEAR? Should be a minimum of 3 to 5.
This is a probable cause hearing, he couldve denied bond. But as part of his bench or jury trial when the verdict is returned he has a lot more options. Hes already going to jail, he said they’re probably going to revoke his probation.
I'm surprised Judge Fleischer just didn't hold him after the defendant seemed to get peeved that he HAD to say Yes sir or No Sir out loud....especially since there would be a warrant issued with this new gun charge. He's not going to get a job or stop partying or stop carrying a gun. I would have rather heard "He Goes With You" than a PR type bond.
I can NOT stand this judge..oh you robbed someone and you're on felony probation and now you just got caught with a gun.. oh let me pretend like I'm super mad then you can go home..
4:32 that silence right there let you know that the defendant is thinking really really really really really reeaalllly hard trying to figure out how to justify selling alcohol 😂😂😂
I'm proud to say we have permission to do what we do, for educational and transparency purposes from most judges we cover. Judge Fleischer has given limited approval as long as we are responsible with our usage. He can always pull that approval, for any reason. Different jurisdictions have that message in place for different reasons. Judge Fleischer's staff has a direct line to me, and knows they can request any one of his videos to be pulled down, and I will do it without question in a heartbeat. Most of the other judges I cover enjoy that same privilege. This is an educational repository and review forum, where we learn together and learn about each other. If you would like to watch live, go here: www.youtube.com/@justicewithjudgefleischer/streams
Why? Just because it clearly doesn't mean what you think it means, doesn't mean it means nothing. That's a CCTV feed too, and it means no in-courtroom recording, like with cell phones and such. They can't really control what happens outside of their jurisdiction, and the message isn't meant to control things outside their jurisdiction. Think about it. Aside from that, many of us creators have reached out to the judges who have those sorts of messages to ask for permission, and have recieved limited approval to used the cases we feature for educational and transparency purposes.
I really enjoy how these AI algorithms handle the word affidavit. Sometimes it's an "Act of David" or in this case "sign an app with me". Sometimes it goes get it right
He sells booze at parties??? The only reason that would be necessary is if he is selling to underage kids. I love the way this judge talks about Amazon.
I wonder if this nice young man could possibly be selling stolen alcohol? It's similar to all the detergents, etc, sold at "Flea Mkts" that are the proceeds of shoplifting.
Can't stand this judge. In court? His court? Tow the line or the hammer drops. Out in public? Who the hell cares about the people actually injured? Bond, bond, bond, set 'em loose to keep hurting the public until there is no option other than consequences.
There’s a couple things that can happen to this guy getting straightened out and on the straight and narrow is not one of them. Chances are he will eventually take the temperature of the asphalt. Thugdom is something that is learned as you grow up from the people around you. I wonder what his mother has to say about this? Does anyone want to bet there’s a father in the home? If he doesn’t take the asphalt temperature challenge, he’ll end up in jail for eight or 10 years and he’ll be worse when he comes out. Society will be paying for this boy and it cost anywhere from $45,000-$55,000 per year to keep clowns like this incarcerated. You wonder why your taxes are so high.
"Oh, he got caught with a handgun in violation of the terms of his felony probation? I'm gonna raise my voice and make him sign a piece of paper that says he won't ever do it again. That'll teach 'em. He can go home now." *What a sick joke.*
May I suggest Colin definitely not Cromwell, Court Vibes, Mrz. Fields, Time Served, Old Squishy Gardener, or some of the other creators. They may be more to your liking, if you like long form content. They all do nearly daily compilation videos of several cases at once. My channel exists to offer short form individual cases, between 10 and 30 minutes long. I only do long form once a week. I go live at 11am CST on Saturdays and run for about an hour and a half or two hours, depending on what I have to show. Aside from that, this channel is about isolating the good stuff and providing it in a short form format. None of my videos are generally longer than 30 minutes, if I can help it. I have done some long ones, but they have to really speak to me for one reason or another. It has to be a really good story I feel fits in this menagerie. If you want to see my content in a more long form format, please use the "Interesting court stuff" playlist. That is every court video I have every produced newest to oldest, and is great for binge watching. I made that playlist so I could watch my stuff back to back, like my own TV channel. Hopefully that helps you find what is best suited for your taste. Thanks for your interest.
@@ragnarok7791 Exactly! These sycophants who GUSH over him have suspended reality and forgot what normal judges act like. He's got a screw loose ... and with all the stories these days about judges getting into trouble in their own lives, I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up going viral for other reasons.
Just to be clear. This channel does not "promote" any judges. This channel acts as a repository of real court cases as an educational tool for those interested in the US court systems. These isolated hearings work towards judicial transparency and local voter education, in some instances. Re-orient your perspective. Look at it like this. These channels feature this judge in a transparent manner, showing his normal daily routines for all of his constituents to also witness. This will have one of two effects, people will love it and re-elect him, or people will hate it and will not re-elect him. Either way, these streams benefit those interested in becoming educated voters in Harris County.(and the other Districts I cover) These videos also operate as a means of judicial education in general for people who never see the inside of a courtroom. It helps educate potetial jurors on courtroom procedure, and the average every day joe of courtroom etiquette in case they ever find themselves in a situation like one of these. These videos also act as a "cautionary word to the wise" sometimes, showing what happens when things go too far. All that being said... I like this judge. That's why I cover his courtroom.
She has a point. It's an act -- he does not treat law enforcement officers the same. There are cases online on other channels. He only ACTS tough with civilians.
That explains a lot about why Amazon doesn’t work very well anymore. How many Amazon employees does it take to make a full heartbeat?
They used to be given a choice between the Army and the Navy. That was until Army and Navy started insisting on certain standards...
I sell alcohol out of the trunk of my car sir......that's legit. And I sell burritos sometimes.
Well this IS Texas, so... 🤔
you can see the gears in his head be like 'I should probably plead the 5th on the whole bootlegging thing'
The judge looks like Bob Newhart just got fed up one day and decided to start kicking a$$.
I... I... I... uh... I think you're... uh... you're stuck like... uh...... Chuck.
I remember his show. He had successful TV shows.
This case is an aggravated robbery that gets a PR bond with a promise not to do it again. 🤮
Jails are full, prosecutors and courts are swamped and lawmakers are making bail not so much of a thing anymore.
I hope the judge can understand this defendant better than I can.💐
That's why I use closed caption!😂😉

Yes! The sentences are set by the Texas legislature - bunch of idiots.

Judge Fleischer has a better fashion sense than everybody!

Partial heartbeat, Wolf.
When he said "Get a Job" all I could hear was that line in Princess and the Frog.

Disgusted that his 1st case which was robbery with injury was pled down to theft. Crap.
Judge Fleischer said not on this case for its different criminal case he is in....thats up to another judge can warrant for his arrest
Does the "Do Not Record" by the Judges name really mean anything? Also, what is the site name where one can go view the live stream?

David needs a vacation. He looks so tired.
Doesn't have on his glasses. I find Judge Boyd looks tired when she takes her's off.🤔
Amazon has such a large Employee turn around, they overlook past criminal activities of the new employees.
The guy did the "Teeth Sucking" sound at least three times (to the Judge). That is a discrete way of saying "Blank You" in pop culture.
Judge may as well remove the DO NOT RECORD tag since he clearly doesn’t mean it

The ONLY 9 to 5 he'll get is in prison!
Amazon is trying to replace the heart beats with with AI heart beats

Sorry Duval County, Harris is pulling ahead of ya - just barely
My dad took us kids with him to the bootleggers house and we stayed in the car. "If the law comes , lay on the horn" !!
Judge Dave was PO'd! Not that I blame him. Seeing this guy waste his life and the time and money of taxpayers sorta peeves me, too.

People learn many “crafts” in jail/prison. Maybe he used the wrong lesson on the inside.✌️
Where's the judge's 🕶️.To cute with them .
The Judge says to the defendant “Anything you say can and WILL BE USED as evidence against you”. Is that correct as Miranda only has “can be”?

This judge seems very emotional and unprofessional
This was so short, it wasn’t even worth watching. I’ll be sure to pay attention to the running time so I can skip these non-cases.
I would much rather have make a case like this then a video that is more than 1 hour. I am compulsive and if I start when I have to finish it.

Fleisch is OVER THE TOP with his ACTING! As usual ... turning his court room into a TV show because he knows you are watching. It's pathetic.
