FIA always favored them for years, Hamilton was playing dirty all the time but he had better car so the penalties didn't matter, Russell was always like this as the video suggested. I think this is an unfair question. In most scenarios, you are going to blame someone else in a race car. If they apologise once they see the crash from another angle is more important.
