I wonder what kind of strain that had on David and Linda's relationship up until he was on the same page.

I think I might have tried to swim it. 15-17 Celsius is a bit cold, but typical temperature where in live south UK, so I am used to that temperature. I've also been in the sea when the weather has been about 15c. The speed of swimming keeps your heat up a bit, and if you swim fast enough you can cut down the length of time you're in the water. If I remember correctly, I swam 600 meters in about 45mins when I was about 16 years old - that's a long time ago, and I was in a swimming pool being watched (I was getting my 600 meter swimming badge), so I don't know how safe that would be. If it was a choice of gun to the head or risking the swim, I think I would have taken the plunge. Though, having said that, how clear was the day, how far out could you see across the water, and how good was Anders' aim with a gun??? Perhaps hiding would be the best option... I am pretty good at hiding. The fear that much have been on these young people's minds though, I just can't imagine.

I have my own person issues with emotion; both my own and that of others. I feel emotions, but am unable to process what emotion I am feeling. I know if that emotion is positive or negative, as in, I am feel good or happy, or if I am feeling sad and down... but I am unable to pinpoint the emotion. I could be excited, but I just know that I am feeling positive, I don't know that I am excited. The more intricate the emotion, the more overwhelmed I become, and the harder it is for me to explain my emotions and feelings. I have a harder time knowing how others are feeling, and this is probably because of my autism, but it can be hard, especially as I am clairsentient and can feel the energy from others but don't understand it. Its like I am a broken clairsentient trying to hear in a language I don't understand LOL. It isn't faking emotion, like Joel said, although I do understand that some people smile for show, it is a lack of ability. Like a deaf person trying to learn from only a spoken lecture. I also wanted to note that abuse, such as emotional abuse to a child, can prevent that child from developing emotionally themselves - it can effect their ability to feel emotions, process them, understand them, and develop empathy.

Like the common interpretation of demonic possession is all heads spinning, creepy voices and pig Latin. but if you think about it when a seemingly normal person does something so f*cking evil out of the blue it comes across more of what possession would actually be like.
