In 1974, a controversial Poltergeist case hit the headlines, and a crowd of thousands gathered around a tiny house in Bridgeport, CT. The haunting would become so high-profile that police were pressured by superiors to write it off as a hoax and disperse the crowd. Famous paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were later accused of fabricating evidence. All the while, the family living in the home suffered at the hands of the unknown, and no one could help them.

Are they supposed to be Ed and Lorraine? 😂

You are sooo not alone, LOLOL!!
Austin’s attempts to get Lorraine’s voice right made my day lol

Same here! 🤣😂👻👻
Same same same! The southern ones killed me😂

I just love you guys… Josh, you and Kendall have built an empire and everyone you choose to do this with y’all is just as funny , smart and awesome!
I didn’t even know Josh and Kendall were married til recently. Lol. Been watching both channels for awhile now and had no idea.
@@meredithstebbins6303 It’s ok lol I know because I’ve been watching since mile higher was in the dungeon days lol I’ve never been with you tubers this long lol enjoy!
I love the crew y’all have now. From Lights Out to the Sesh. And Mile Higher and TCKR. Keep the content coming I’m here for all of it.❤
Austin explaining cerebral palsy while in a Lorraine warren costume is top tier, truly iconic.
The warren museum isn't open to the public because it's in a residential home, and if they charged a fee to view it, that would be violating zoning laws. They also vet whom they invite as guests because let's be honest, the general public is not very bright or respectful lol.
Interesting… Makes sense.
Do they not realize how much they could make off the public if it is opened let say just a store front in town only 2 months out of the year September and October?
I was under the impression that it was sold several years ago to another paranormal investigator and has been closed since being sold.
Ed is given Freddy Kruger vibes😂. Love the commitment, though. Great episode ❤❤
That's exactly who I thought he was before they introduced themselves lmao oooops
Same!
LOLOL! I totally thought he WAS supposed to be Freddy Krueger at first, too!! Glad to see I wasn't alone, hehehe! 😅😅😅
Oh okay not just me then
I was in a paranormal investigation team for 10 years. The owner / my best friend at the time (he was quite a bit older than me, but we were close) knew Paul Eno, and was friends with him. He had told me this story before. Since he was friends with Paul he wanted us to meet him and possibly be on his podcast / radio show. However Paul canceled on us all the time. We even showed up to my friends place thinking Paul was on his way, when he texted and canceled. Then I found out from my friend that Paul was constantly telling him "you don't need a team, you should just investigate by yourself". Well after 10 years of a close friendship and many cases together we had a falling out because Paul convinced him to come on his show without us. I don't care about not being on the show, but I did care that this guy continued to tell my friend he didn't need us to the point it ended a ten year friendship. That was over ten years ago now ..... I have no respect for Paul. If he didn't want to meet us thats fine, but to create a wedge within our team makes me think he is arrogant, and stuck up because he use to rub shoulders with the Warrens.
Austin saying "God bless" had me in tears and im not even sure why 😂
This episode was fantastic! 🙌🏽 And both of you dressing up as the Warrens was priceless! 😂💀
Austin looks like the church lady from SNL. 😂
Totally 😂
Who could it be I can't imagine who, could it be Satan😂😂😂 I grew up on the church lady one of SNL funniest character ever
Daniel has got me in tears😂😂😂 I love this group so much
You guys are KILLING me with the costumes. I'm still cracking up at Josh's Kenneth impressions😂
I love you guys, no matter what the show's about, but I really love your paranormal episodes. You have such a way of telling ghost stories that is unlike anyone else. Happy Halloween!!! 🎃
You guys are just THE BEST! I am nearly 60 (which horrifies me 😂) and in the UK, so probably not your usual subscriber, but been with you from the beginning and you just keep getting better and better ❤️. But this one has to be one of the best ever, laughed my ass off so many times, especially loved ‘Lorraine’, and ‘her’ comment to ‘Ed’, “you’re looking a bit dry’ 🤣🤣🤣, plus the dodgy southern accent. Love you guys, keep doing what you do, Pippa xxx
I am even older and have been watching from the start .
Love that this community is all ages. At 32 it's nice to meet people from different age groups and see their perspectives.
And while I don't feel or think I act myself like 33...it's nice to meet people around your age as well.^^@@haleycooke1814
I’m also from the UK a little younger at 44, but this is what the internet for me is for, bringing people from all over the world with shared interests.
I just gotta say how awesome the production has gotten recently!! And how Austin has gotten more comfortable each episode
And the winners of Halloween are... Josh & Austin! These Warren costumes are iconic!! 😂😂🏆🎃
Love the costumes lol. I love Lorraine and Ed. And I agree with them starting off with the best of intentions.
Agreed about them starting off with good intentions.
That said, there's a very famous saying: "the road to hell is paved with good intentions..."
IMHO, they began with entirely pure motives, a desire to help others and expand knowledge of the paranormal...but my personal sense is that all the fame and notoriety may eventually have gone to their heads. (Which, to be fair, is perfectly understandable; they were only human, after all!)
Its a weird thing to assume considering how disliked they were by everyone outside their circles.
I actually did reach out to a colleague of the Warrens for help on a case in Long Island. They were able to help me, and did not ask for payment of any kind. (Mrs. Warren was still alive at the time.)
Just started the episode but uhhhh little native girl up for "adoption" from Canada during the 60s?! Anyone else have alarm bells going off ? Poor girl was probably stolen and abducted away from her family and community during the 60s scoop :( I'm afraid to continue the episode and hear what else the poor child had to endure ...
Not me thinking for the first 30 mins that Josh is Freddy Krueger lol 😂
Thank you so so much, beautiful men!!! ❤❤❤
You guy's make my week, between The Sesh, and Mile Higher 🙏🙏🙏
God Bless you 🌺🌺🌺
Those opening credits were freakin' hysterical, but I'm sorry guys Daniel as "Anything" took me out RIP
Hello from Germany! I don’t ever comment on anything. I’ve been watching this podcast for a while now. I don’t think I have ever laughed 😅 listening/watching you guys. I died at the costumes and especially Austin 🤣. I cackled so hard 😭. Thanks guys 🙏🏽
Whoa lol the costumes. And daniel? 😂
The halloween animation and dancing skelemans at 6:58, so good
It’s so funny when josh does his preacher voice 🤣😭 (ik this isn’t rlly preacher related but it’s something ab that country accent backed with tons of passion)🫡
Remember that movie "The Entity" 1983 Barbara Hershey movie - now that was a scary movie
Needed some light-hearted laughs today. Thank you Southern Warrens!
Southern warrens hahahah
Lorraine is rolling in her grave right now with Austin’s attempt to imitate her 😂😂
Its 4:30am in Aus ... got up early just to watch you!!! ❤

I love all Warren cases that yall cover as i am from CT. 😆justiceforlorraine. Made my day.
I’ve been a silent watcher until now. Best episode to date. Laughed so much at the masks. Thank you for making my Halloween weekend.
Great episode! You guys are fun to watch and great story tellers
Daniel you are in-genius,love the effects. You may have a costume designing in the future! Lorraine loved the southern drawn and Ed back down on the moonshine because convincing others of what you saw may inhibit truth telling.
Honestly, I believe that this is a young girl who already had psychokinetic energy abilities that were developing and it all got out of hand for her. Maybe at first, the disturbances were reactions of anger towards her mother, then when she realized she was the cause of them, she started practicing them until she got good enough to do things like move fridges and floor televisions, things she would not have been able to do physically. She might have liked the attention and the secret she was keeping at first but then it all got too weird and overwhelming for her.
And does anyone else blame her for ditching her mother (at least!)?? I can't imagine how stifling it must have felt having a mother looking over her shoulder at everything she did.
I can't unsee that Keith Richards and Mrs. Doubtfire are hosting this episode 😂 Great episode, perfectly saved for actual Halloween 🎃👻🕷
MRS DOUBTFIRE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Whoa, you are SO right about Mrs. Doubtfire, LOL! (I actually thought "Ed" was supposed to be Freddy Krueger at first...but dang, Keith Richards is totally right on, as well!) 😂😂
@@maneckineckbeard1749 I’m glad it’s not just my eyes deceiving me 😂😂 and TO BE HONEST, I saw Freddy too honestly, but then Keith popped up in my head and it fit even more 🤣
@@elenathorne Both options are bloody hilarious!!!
@@maneckineckbeard1749 HAHA TRUE!! Icons, either way too 😂
My cousin was born with Cerebral Palsy. His wasn't damage to his developing brain, it was due to the doctor nearly causing a full internal decapitation at birth. Sadly, this was before father's were allowed in the delivery room so my uncle wasn't there to witness what happened.
There were 3 things that were odd with his birth & my aunt knew it because he was her 3rd. First complication, he was breech. So the doctor manually spun him into the proper position. So they thought. While he WAS head down he wasn't down quite right. But this was back in the 60's when they used a birthing chair in delivery rooms instead of the bed they use today. The idea was gravity would help the process along. My aunt said the doctor told her was hung up. At this she said he inserted his fingers in around the skull & she felt him twisting the baby's head like he was spinning it clockwise & and counterclockwise. He then used tongs to pull my cousin out. When he was born, he had a very mishapen head. It was kind of cone shaped & he had indentations from the tongs, not just on his skin. He also had a goose egg AKA knot at the base of his skull. Back then, the remedy for this was for her to rub his head for at least an hour a day & don't lay him on a hard surface like the floor for too long because it would flatten the back of his head.
Right away though she noticed something was wrong. He didn't kick his arms & legs right. He just flopped like a rag doll & when he did try to move his arms & legs it was more of a slide & flop movement. He was 3 month old when the pediatrician wanted more tests done & this was when they discovered that the way the doctor had rotated his head & used the tongs had partially pulled his little head off his spine. Ended up getting a lawyer & they had a nasty battle on their hands. She was unaware that in the discharge papers, the hospital had slipped a form saying she couldn't sue the hospital. The lawyer was able to use this form to prove the hospital was aware of the birth injuries to the baby as it wasn't a typical form usually in discharge papers. They were able to use both the hospital and the doctor who delivered him. Nowadays, there are birth injury lawyers for just this reason.
My cousin ended up passing away in 1970 at 8 years old. He had chronic respiratory problems that were directly related to his birth injury. He ended up developing Pneumonia & passing away at Christmas time.
My Aunt & Uncle had 3 more children. The last of which was a surprise baby. She had an IUD when she got pregnant with him. When Matthew was born her IUD was impaled in his right forearm.
She had her tubes cut, tied & burned after that.
And a sidenote on this case. My mother is Seneca & Nanticoke. While I'd heard of this case before, I never knew she was Seneca too.
I love the commitment and I love you guys always giving us what we look so forward to thank you guys at lights out and now it’s time for LIGHTS OUT
How is there no photo of the illedged burns on Lorraine? That's one of those things that would have been an easy capture, even back then...
You guys remind me of the two old men Muppets up in the balcony. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂 good one
Thanks for this awesome Halloween episode, Ed and Loraine!😂 The costumes were great. Your paranormal episodes are my favorite!

Love the costumes. The cats speaking cracked me up… like ok 😂😂😂
Lmaooo not the speaking cats!!! 😂😂😂 forget ghosts, I’d be hanging out with the little guys discussing life
Love the lights out podcast. You guys crack me up your so entertaining. Keep up the good work 😊 😂
Josh was funny af this episode 🤣🤣 the zoom-ins were everything 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I also noticed how Tony and Ed continuously cut her off in this show; I am irritated by this as well
I really appreciate your long episodes!
I saw Annabelle at a showing in Connecticut years ago. I don’t personally believe but it was an interesting experience. I do however, believe that Ed truly believed in what he did whether you do or not. He had a story behind every single object in his museum, and he was passionate about it. They showed a video tour he recorded before he passed.
So much love for your whole team!
I will watch any content you put out, I am partial to the true stories and paranormal, but all your content is amazing.
This video is no exception…the costumes and the case, coop d gra’ was the costumes of the Warrens themselves, priceless! Xo

Oh my goodness I am dead right now. I cannot even look at my screen without dying laughing. This is the only episode that I’m gonna have to listen to the podcast to actually hear the story because I’m weak with laughter. Love your guises costumes.
Love this Halloween soecial! 😂 Also, I think Ed & Lorraine had some realistic cases, but I also think they might've fabricated some cases for profit/business.
Such a sad life for Marcy 😪 ~~~ Thank you for an awesome episode. Loved the costumes and your dedication to making this spooky episode fun. 🤣
Sidenote but on MHP you mentioned Pennhurst. That might be a good episode for here

So I have to say that I love that you dressed up as Ed and Lorraine Warren… because on brand and everything…, but I have to admit that Ed looks more like Freddy Krueger, and I’m not mad about it.
I thought it Freddy at first!
